Gabi POV:

"Stupid Gabi, Stupid Gabi" I muttered to myself as I cleaned the kitchen. How could I have been so stupid to let Harry do all those things to me last night, even if it was what I'd been waiting for. I frowned to myself letting my fingertips skim over my lips then gulped shaking my head "It's wrong to feel that way Gabi" I reminded myself as I filled the kettle. Simon was coming over today with a gift of some sort, he said it was a Surprise and I absolutely loved Surprises.

"Knock, knock. It's Simon" For the first time in two weeks I smiled. I only ever smiled when Simon was around, he was the only member of Management who fought for me. I bounced on my toes giggling then ran through to the living room in my usual manner "Surprise, I want my Surprise. Pleeeease Simon" He laughed at my enthusiasm then kissed my nose and dropped a set of keys in my hand. I turned the keychain over then looked up with wide eyes "You didn't? You got me a Mini?"

To say I was happy was an understatement. I was elated, absolutely elated. Someone had done something nice for me, I never received nice gifts anymore. I didn't know whether to cry or laugh so I settled for jumping on the spot with a big smile. Simon pointed outside and I ran out but my happiness quickly faded when the lads came home accompanied with their girlfriends, I walked over to the Mini checking it out and jumped feeling a pair of arms around my waist "Nice car. Who's is it"

I smiled up at Simon then looked up at Liam and said "it's Mine"

Louis POV:

"A Car? You honestly got her a car?" I sat down next to Harry and frowned as Simon nodded his head smiling "Someone had to do something nice for her. And I doubt you lads would have done it" Me and Harry exchanged glances as Liam spoke up "Simon we're trying to keep her here. We don't want her to go" If looks could kill we'd all be dead "Maybe you boys should stop being so selfish, start asking Gabi what she wants instead of thinking of yourselves"

Ouch. That hit a nerve, but he was right. We were too busy wanting her to stay, thinking we could have her and our girlfriends. I glanced outside and chuckled watching her with the car, she seemed truly happy. It was like watching a child on Christmas Day with a brand new toy that they got "I say we let her go to France" I gave Harry a sharp look as he opened his mouth to protest "It can't hurt can it lads? She'll get a bit of breathing space and when she comes back we'll have our Gabi back"

Harry POV:

"No.. No, No. NO. I don't want her to leave and neither do you Lou" I knew that was Selfish, but desperate times called for desperate measures. I knew Gabi was hurting but I wanted to help her through it not send her away where I couldn't see her "We'll let her keep the Car Si. But we're NOT letting her go to France" I stomped outside then stopped when I saw Gabi crying. She looked so pretty when she cried but seeing her tears was something I never wanted "If I were in Your position I'd let you go Harry. I'd let you heal"

I sighed sitting down next to her on the steps leading to the front door then took her hand in mine "It's not that I don't want you to heal. I just don't want to miss you" She gave me a sad smile and shuffled closer towards me "It hurts at first but then... I don't know it becomes a second nature" She shrugged wrapping her arms around my waist and cuddled into me "I don't miss you anymore though, I've found ways to forget about the pain"

I wondered what she was talking about until I realised she was in my Jack Willis hoodie. So she was taking our clothes and wearing them to dull the pain, it was quite clever really "I haven't seen that hoodie in years. It suits you though" She smiled snuggling into me as I kissed her head and whispered "We'll make this work Gabs, I promise we will. Later on when the house is empty we'll sit down and have a chat. Just me you and the boys"

I wasn't prepared for the chat with Gabi and the lads. But I wasn't prepared for the mouthful I was about to receive from Kendall for getting close to Gabi

God give me strength
