Gabi POV:

It had been three months. Three months of PDA's, hearing the lads in the bedroom with their girlfriends, three months of going to events without a date. Three months of torture, I hadn't said one word throughout it all but everyone could tell it was taking an emotional and physical toll on me, I'd stopped eating. Hell I'd stopped trying to look good, I didn't bother with make-up or dressing up, if I had no one to impress then it wasn't worth it.

I stepped out of the shower that morning and wrapped a towel around myself then pulled out my boy shorts, my jogging bottoms, a sports bra and a vest top. I had nowhere to be today so I was going to do something useful: Book a flight out to Calais and spend some quality time with my Mama and her family. As soon as I'd dressed, dried my hair and braided it I dawdled downstairs and unhooked my laptop from its charger, I could feel everyone's eyes burning into my back but I didn't care, I wanted to get out and do something other than mope around

"Hey beautiful. We were just gonna call you, want something to eat" I shook my head silently at Liam's question then plugged my earphones in and listened to The Flower Duet from Lakmé while I booked my flight. I was known for my love of Opera music and The Flower Duet was a piece that calmed me down. I jumped feeling someone tap my shoulder then looked up at Harry "Where are you going?" He looked at my Laptop screen "Calais. I'm going to visit Mama for a few weeks"

Harry POV:

"You can't go. You have to cancel the flight" I followed Gabi up to her bedroom and immediately regretted my words when she turned around. If looks could kill I'd be dead by now "I can't go? What do you mean I can't go Harry? I HAVE to go. I have to clear my head and get some clarity on this whole situation" I frowned following her into her bedroom then looked around, it was the same as always. Nothing was out of place and it was as clean as the Sistine Chapel. I noticed Gabi pursing her lips, something she only did when she was thinking real hard over something

"Okay. If I promise to stay will you promise not to rub your relationships in my face. I'm still trying to get used to all this" My head shot up and my eyebrows furrowed. She was still hurting over our thing ending, I chewed my lip for a while then scooted closer taking her hand in mine "I'm sorry... We didn't realise, we didn't mean to forget you" She shrugged giving me her best smile and whispered "It doesn't matter" Without thinking I pushed her back to the bed and hovered on top of her whispering "It matters Gabi. I understand it all now. The Weight loss, the refusal to look good. You should have said something, we would have helped"

I noticed her breathing pick up and her eyes close. She'd obviously not been with another guy since our girlfriends came along and that both broke my heart and made me somewhat relieved. I rested my forehead on hers and whispered "Hey. Look at me... Gabi open your eyes and look at me" As soon as her eyes opened I smiled and pecked her lips then kissed her passionately "We'll come up with a solution" I mumbled as I kissed down her neck "We won't let you suffer again baby" I heard her sob then I moved back and stared down at her "Oh Gabi. What have we done to you" I kissed the tears away then lay down and held her as she sobbed herself to sleep.

It was time to make amends. And fast
