"Let's Just Live"

Liam-
I walked into the room and chocked on air when I saw her hooked up to those machines, I remember back when we shared a room she had an attack when we were playing in the hospital garden.

I pulled up a chair next to her bed and stroked her hair gently, she started to slowly open her eyes they then flung open waiting for something to come.

"Help!" She tried her best to yell but her voice was dry and crackly.

"Shh, I'm right here Naomi, I won't let this happen". I moved in to her to hug her and she hugged me back right away flinging her arms around my back and sobbing uncontrollably.

"I was so scared Liam, I though I was going to die" she cried into my shoulder and I could feel the wetness through my shirt.

"I'd never let that happen" I tried my best to soothe her and after a couple of minutes she let me go still hic-cupping face red and blotchy.

"Do you want to tell me what happened" I asked caustically and she just shook her her side to side matted hair flying everywhere.

"Do you want me to go get some things for you?" She looked up at me and nodded

"Can you get me some chocolate too?" Her voice was small like a child's

"Of course what type of friend would I be if I didn't" I laughed which made her crack a small smile.
I pick up my things.

"Do you want another boy in here?" I didn't want her to be alone but she shook her head vigorously obviously scared.

"Don't you think you should thank Harry for saving... Your life" I asked still very upset over this I don't know what I would so if I lost her she's like a sister to me.

"Okay but I only want Harry and you for now" her little voice came out from a curtain of hair surrounding her so I couldn't see her face.

"Okay nomi" I called her nickname from long ago.

"Thankyou Liam" she called behind me as I walked out the door and shut it.

As soon as I got out all the boys looked at me.

"How is the girl?" Louis asked worriedly looking at the door as it might be transparent so he could see her.
"She's weak and scared, so she doesn't want to see a lot of people right now only me and Harry since she wants to thank him" Harry's head flicked to meet my eyes unsure if he should.

"I'm going to go get some things for her right now, she'll be in here for a while" I said walking away when Niall, and zayn came along with me leaving Harry and Lou together.

Naomi-

To be honest I was in a lot of pain right now feeling like I could shit my heart out.
I was laying on my side away from the door slowly turning over careful of the tubes coming out of me when I heard the door click open.

"Hey" I heard a raspy voice call still at the door way.

"Come in" I smiled the fake smile hurting my lips since they were chapped badly.

He sat down in the chair next to my bed staring at me, we sat in an awkward silence until I broke it.
"Thankyou for saving my life" I didn't look at him in the eye because I thought I might cry.

"Well I'd be kind of a dick if I didn't help you" he tried to make a joke but to be honest I didn't think it was funny.

"Well I guess I owe you one then" I said meaning it I owed him so much for helping me.

"Do you want to watch some t.v" he asked pointing to the TV on a counter in front of my bed.

"Sure" I did a crooked smile and he showed off his pearly whites one dimple forming.

I couldn't help myself I raised my arm to his face poking him right in the dimple making him surprised because he look over to the TV.

He raised an eyebrow at me and it just giggled? I don't ever really giggle weird.
"What was that" he tried keeping a smile off his face but was failing quite miserably
"Sorry I just couldn't help myself" I smiled back at him.

"So what do you want to watch" he asked surfing though the channels.
"adventure time lets watch that" I said like a little child pointing and wagging my finger At the screen to show how much I wanted to watch it.

Harry turned his head to me and we had a staring competition with me leaning as far as I could go with these things attached to me and my arm stretched out.

"A kids show?" He raised an eyebrow at me and I just shrugged.

"It's more than a kids show it has lots of meaning behind it, they never miss a detail you'd cry like a lil' bitch if you knew the back story" I smirked at him.

"Fine we'll watch it but if it's shitty I'm turning it over to something interesting" he clicked on the channel and we sat there watching it.

"So what did you think?" I almost sang to him knowing full well he liked it.
"Uh so-so" he waved his flopped his hand side to side like it wasn't that good.

"Don't lie to me Harry I know you liked it".
"Fine it was really good, fantastic even" he raiseI d his arms and shook his hands for emphasis.
"I knew you would like it".

"Hey hey got you your stuff" Liam poked his head through the door and brought the bag of necessitates I needed.

"Thankyou sooooooo much Liam you don't know how much I love you for this" I said gratefully grabbing the bag from him.

"You didn't need to buy me new clothes" I had an o shaped mouth expressing my shock, these looked expensive.

"No worries" he smiled at me and walked on the other side of my bed wrapping his arm around my shoulder giving me a side hug.

"Guys time to go visiting hours are over" a nurse popped her head in the door and left very quickly.
"Bye guys, can you bring the others in I want to thank them for coming they don't even know me" I said rearranging myself in this bed trying to get comfortable with these tubes in me.

"ZAYN, NIALL, LOU COME IN HERE" Harry yelled.

"Harry where in a hospital don't yell so loudly" Liam quietly scolded when the boys came in.

"Hi, I just wanted to thankyou for visiting me even if you don't know me maybe come back again so I can have one on one talk time with you guys" I shifted uncomfortably because no doubt I looked awful.
"Can I come in tomorrow I would like to hang with you." Lou smiled.

"Sure" I smiled at him.

"We can take shifts" zayn said.

"I can't take up all your free time" I said feeling guilty it's not often that the boys have time off so I want it so be about them relaxing.

"Ok why not a group thing we can hang after your better and we'll invite the girls" zayn said and the boys agreed and soon left after our goodbyes.

I reached into the bag Liam got me and pulled out a mirror.
"I knew I looked like shit" my hair was matted I had some bruises and cracked lips because of the a/c.
I rustled my way down sleeping restless for the rest if the night.
