Ruthless and Vicious

2 - Louis's POV

Her hair still ruffled, her lips chapped, Ada looks up with me with a half smile as she kicks some pebbles ahead in the leafy dirt.
"Thanks for getting us out, Lou," She says, and I know it's a joke, but it still feels like I did something wrong.
I manage a smile as I tuck the fake tattoo sleeve in my pocket. I mean, I have enough tattoos, but I'm going for a I-WIll-Beat-Your-Ass-Since-I'm-A-Rebel look.
Ada passes me a fake piercing.
We always wear these fake costumes, so nobody can tell who we are.
She finally skids to a halt in front of a cave. It's boarded with rocks, so she takes her time to move them out when I tap my foot impatiently.
"Thanks for the help," She winks as we go through the cave and she closes it up enough for us to go and leave.

"Any time." I reply, grinning.
She pulls up her hair in a bun and holds her rubber band in her mouth as she gathers her auburn hair, tying it to put on the black wig.
When she meets my glance, for some reason, she lookes down, embarrassed.
Ada isn't one to be embarrassed. She's not shy, insecure, depressed, nothing, even with her life of hiding and crime.
"You know, you should wear barrettes in that wig," I suggest in a high-pitched voice, making myself sound like some sort of makeup-crazy stylist.

"Yep. Thanks, Lou Tisdale," She jokes and pushes away my arm, making me smile.
When I slip off my green and white shirt to put on a black one, I feel her cold fingertips on my waist.
I look back at her, surprised, and she yanks her arms back and lowers her head, her face going red.
"Ada? What's wrong?" I ask.
She brushes some hair out of her eyes and gives me an awkward half smile.
"Jeez, what's wrong?" I laugh, punching her in the shoulder, trying to lighten the mood.
Her cheeks have lowered to a slight pink and she giggles.
Did Adelaide Jonas just.. fucking.. giggle?
Her breath catches in her throat.
"The hell?" She breathes.
"Adelaide, what the hell is wrong?"
"Nothiiing!" She shushes me and pulls me to the side and grabs my gun, shoving me to the left before climbing through
the rocks.
"ADELAIDE!"
"Freaking shut up!" She hisses before boarding the rocks so I can't get out.
I see her throw her bandanna and wig in a log right next to the woods, and her eyes dart forward at the girl in front of her.
"Mimi!" She says in a fake cheerful voice.
"OH! Ada! BAAAABE. You are gorgeous. I cannot, like, you're just noooooo!" The girl squeals.

She has curled blonde hair reaching up to her thighs, not one strand out of place. There's a bow in her hair - a blue one, matching the color of her eyes. Her lips are pink, pouty and kissable. She's wearing white tights, blue flats and a blue shirt without elbow straps. The definition of 'Mimi' is perfect.

Mimi hugs Ada and squeals again. "Oh my gosh! My baby sister is prettier than me!"
Baby sister?
I can't help but chuckle.
Obviously, Ada knows that Mimi's lying but she still holds her ground.
"What's up?"
"Noooooothing." Mimi giggles stupidly and immediately I see she's gorgeous but not that bright.
"I'm busy, Mimi." Ada replies impatiently.
"Aww, no you ain't you bundle of cuteness!" Mimi takes it as a compliment, some how.
"Mim, please."
"Ada!" I try harshly whispering but she ignores me.
"Babe, don't, I wanna see ya!" Mimi moans jokingly.
"Mimi! There's a freaking guy with a gun behind you!"
