So why in every kidnap story the boy(s) fall in love with the girl(s) they kidnap? When I see dat I be like

What the freak! You freaking got kidnapped by him! Now you are in love with him!!!!

Seriously though. Why can't the boy muder the girl? I mean not every freaking story needs a happy ending!!!!!!
