I've Tried

"So, who are the guests anyway?" I say as I dust off the couch pillows with my hands. Amelia comes down the stairs in a skin tight mid thigh cheeta print dress with chunky black stilettos.

" And why are you dressed like that?" Although its not any different than her party attire it still isn't the normal wear Amelia.

" I have no fucking idea who they are, all I know is the extra guests are guys. And I don't want to look like a lesbian," she says, as she scans my outfit of some soccer pants and a hoodie that says Los Angeles soccer. I roll my eyes in response.

"Anyway can you help me with the cleaning?"

" Not in these heels," she scoffs in reply.

" Then take the heels off," I say as I put my hand on my hips and make a 'duh' face. She growls and steps out of the heels which makes her at least a foot smaller. She leans over to fluff a pillow and her dress almost goes above her ass. I roll my eyes and continue cleaning. We've got at least another hour.

About another hour later the doorbell rings.

Oh! There fucking here! There fucking here!" She screeches as she slips back into her stilettos. She attempts to run for the door but I get there before she does, because I'm not wearing stilettos. I hear her mutter 'bitch' under her breath. I open the door and immediately recognize the lady at the door to be the girl from CVS.

"Hi," she sounds confused.

"Hi," I say awkwardly.

" Um, I'm looking for Amelia Washington."

" Perrie!" I hear Amelia screech behind me.

" Come in."

" Oh, yeah, thanks," she still sounds a bit confused.
" Sorry If I sound a bit out of it, I just didn't really expect Amelia's roommate to be kind of innocent looking."

" I wanted someone different, but you don't always get what you want," Amelia says trying to sound as posh as possible.

Perrie and I both roll our eyes at this.

" Anyway, give me a hug I missed you," they both came into a warm embrace. She pulled away quickly, suddenly remembering what she had been waiting for.

" Where's the boys?" She asks suddenly.

" Oh, yeah, I forgot, they're outside on they're bus!" Perrie exclaims. She pulls out her phone, which happened to be a pink iPhone 5c. And quickly typed something.

" Zayn says they'll be out in a minute."

" Ooh, who's Zayn? Zayn sounds like a hot name."

" Oi! Watch it you know he's my fiancé, you know the guy from all the emails?" Amelia draws a blank face. Until Perrie just gives up on explaining the emails she had sent her. A knock sounds at the door. This time Amelia beats me to it. She quickly opens the heavy wooden door, almost hitting me in the face.

" Well, hello," she giggles as the four boys gape at her attire. They continue to stare for about 3 minutes.

" Alright get inside before you get slobber in front of our door," I say as I poke me head in between the small gap between the door and Amelia. They snap out of their trance. They slowly step inside letting their eyes linger a little longer as they slowly walk past Amelia.

" Hey, babe," Perrie says to a tall dark haired, brown eyed boy. They hug and share a peck on the lips. I had to admit they were all good looking. There was one with green eyes,pink lips, and semi curly hair. And one with blonde hair, and blue eyes. One with straight brown hair, with blue eyes. And one with straight quaffed hair, and brown hair.

" Hey guys, this is my cousin Amelia and her roommate..."

" Valencia, my name's Valencia." They all continued to gape at Amelia. I could suddenly tell how this was gonna turn out, like it always does.
