It was two weeks before the 5th series of The Code Operation, and I was being forced to apply for them at school. I had to fill in a form.

I did a face palm when I saw the question. How was I to know my blood type? I went onto the next question. These people had to know everything!
Any Health Conditions/Disabilities: no
I turned in the form to my teacher quickly. This was the first year for me to be doing this, and I didn't want to get chosen. Ever. I couldn't survive, I knew it, and I had no clue how to crack even the simplest of codes. Please don't be me.
