Courtney's POV

I woke up happy, gazing into my boyfriends closed eyes. Today Luke and I were going to go see mom and dad, we had decided to see them today, that way we could spend all of Thanksgiving tomorrow with our friends. I slowly removed myself from Greyson's tight grasp and stood up preparing to leave when his fingers shot out and wrapped themselves around my wrist.

"Where are you going babe?" He asked me, half awake.

"I have to leave, I'm seeing my parents today. And please, never do that again you look like a fucking alien." I said chuckling to myself as he brought his fingers back to a normal length.

"Alright. I love you." He responded, before rolling over.

"I love you too." I said softly before turning on my heel and walking out of the room. Soon after I left Ashton fell into step behind me.

"Court, are you heading to your room?" I nodded slightly. It was early. 6:35 to be exact, but I had a lot to do and mom said she was making breakfast for us. "Do you think we will catch them?" He asked, referring to Casey and Michael.

"God I hope so, but why are you up so early?"

"Couldn't sleep." He mumbled quickly before wrapping his arm around me. "Why are YOU up so early?" I laughed and pushed him off.

"I told you guys yesterday, we are going to our parents today, Luke and me." He chuckled.

"I forgot. Sorry."

Luke's POV

"Alright, I got this, so my name is Luke in chinese is 我叫Luke。 Right?"

"Yes, finally you idiot. That only took 5 hours." Ashton said, dark circles rimming his eyes. "Now go, you need some serious help and you leave for your parents in less than 1 hour." He said again.

"Alright, thanks mate," I said standing to leave. I opened the door slightly only to hear Courtney's voice. Fuck she must have stayed with Greyson. "Ash, you have to go distract Courtney so I can get back to my room. Please." I looked at him with pleading eyes.

"Fine." He said with a sigh and walked briskly out of the room.

Ashton's POV

"Court, are you heading to your room?" I said once I caught up to her. Fuck she looked beautiful, even after just waking up. Why did she have to go and date Greyson. They were broken up when I came here. Why couldn't they stay that way. Why couldn't she love me? I had to take my mind off the fact that I might get a boner right here. "Do you think we will catch them?" I said, obviously meaning Mikey and Casey. She responded and we carried a conversation all the way to her room where we walked in and I lay down on her ben. She stripped down into her underwear and I whistled slightly.

"Shut up." She laughed, throwing her clothes on top of me. Fuck, she was so fucking gorgeous. But this is how you knew. I was friend-zoned. So much so that she is basically naked around me and doesn't care. This would be great if were had been in a relationship for so long she felt this comfortable, but I knew that wasn't that case. So I would have to live with the relationship like friendliness. For now at least.

Niall's POV

I remembered Luke. Lucas Hemmings, brother to Courtney Hemmings, the girl that stole my heart. So, of course, when I discovered them I had to convince the lads to let them open for us. I had to convince them with the hope that if Luke were coming, Courtney would come for some of it, and I could win her back. With the hope that she doesn't and didn't take to heart why we broke up. I wasn't breaking up with her because she was becoming more distant. I knew why she was there, technically she wasn't allowed to reveal that she had powers but for Christ's sake my father taught there, obviously I knew what was going on. I broke up with her because I knew here parents were going to take her back for Luke to get his powers, I overheard Luke and her talking about it. I broke up with her so it would be less painful to have a relationship that long distance, where she wouldn't feel like she needed to hide anything from me. But now we were older, and I knew the rules, you were supposed to tell your partner if a non-super that you were a super once you became serious. She wouldn't need to hide it from me. We could be together again. Only this time I will never let her go.
