Chapter 8
**Belle's P.O.V**
I could feel him staring at me. But I stayed in my spot, on my bench, with my nose buried in the book. He was sitting in front of me, right by the big oak tree. I glanced up to see him still staring. I let out an exhausted and frustrated sigh before getting up and walking inside. I need a Skinny Late. I haven't had Starbucks in what feels like forever. I don't like the high prices. I walked inside and found an empty table to sit at. As soon as I had spotted one, the bell rang. I turned around to exit, but Louis was right there. I just pushed past him. I heard him call across the room, but I ignored it.
"Okay class get to the lab with your partner. Remember to pull your hair back and put on the goggles and aprons." Mr. Marks said as we all got up and got to the lab. We had just switched seats today, so I had a new partner. Niall.
"So first we combine the HCl with that." I pointed to the liquids reading the sheet. He followed my instructions.
"So Louis" The sound of his voice made me so mad. But I kept my composure.
"Then put it on the burner." I read off the next instructions. "What about Louis?"
"He's just-"
"He just punches kids in the face, he just acts so sweet one minute, then the next he's a dick." I rambled on. "It's done, so now we add this" I stopped to tell him the next step.
"He just had some troubles with temper. Next?" I read out the instructions.
"Stir, then we have to start on the second half. "
"Okay, so give me the instructions and you can so this half. I don't know why he's so contempt on you. I mean that in the least rude way." He looked at me, that hurt, I know I'm not an easy person to talk to, but come one. "It's just, he doesn't really let people in. That's what I meant. You're a likable person" He smiled, but what he said still hurt. We finished the lab, before we left class he had said. "Just listen to him."
**Louis' P.O.V**
"You talked to her." I nodded taking a bite out of my sub. "She agreed to hear my side" I took another bite, trying to get out of answering. "Niall?"
"Class ended before I got an answer. But I did tell her to listen so..." I trailed off, his expression showed his exact emotion... mad.
