Just a Plan

Chapter 1

She can't say it was a mistake...she felt it wasn't. Scratch that...she knew it wasn't.

Everything felt
so right. So where did it go wrong? There could be hundreds of things listed that were rough patches here and there....more like everywhere.

Her first attraction to him
was spontaneous, like a a magnet attracted to metal. She fell for him....fell hard. Only to be brushed off and thrown away. Thrown to her grave.

He knew what would happen. Everything was perfectly planned out...to the last detail.

The weapon was picked, the date was picked. The outfit was picked. Everything down to her. The girl was picked.

A sweet, not that innocent girl was chosen, and he followed. He knew everything that had to be done, and did it. He knew how to make her fall for him...and boy, did she.

But there was one fault in this little situation they created. Love.

They all know she loves him....but does he feel the same? It all happened so fast. The tingling sensations, the rapid heartbeats, the looks of admiration.

Did he fall for her? He couldn't have...could he? Everything became so misunderstood and confusing. But all she was, was

Just a Plan

So how could he?

*THE BEGINNING*

Charlotte's POV

He walked in the packed club, eyes lit with excitement. Those eyes that shined a bright, emerald green that could attract any girl, draw them in. He smiled and patted his friend on the shoulder as a swarm of people approached him. Even if I was attracted to the mysterious boy, there was no way I could reach him.

I turned around in my stool, and swirled around my fresh drink. Everything seemed vague on what I should do. No boyfriend, no group of people with me. I was completely alone tonight.

Music blasted everywhere, and I felt as if we all vibrated to it's beat. Being alone, had it's pros and cons. There was nothing as entertaining as watching young, drunk boys try to hit on you. I shouldn't expect anything less though, a young woman like me alone...it's bound to happen.

I pressed the chilled drink to my lips, and swallowed a sip, the alcohol burning. I know that as much alcohol as I drink, it will never fill the part of me missing. I'm used to it by now though. That part of me will never be seem by anyone, nor anyone will mend it. It's been years of myself wishing that would happen, and now, I've given up.

My light, brown hair hing below my shoulders and dangled with curls on the ends freely as I moved. A white, off the shoulder shirt clung to my upper half while black jeans snugly fit my legs and hips. My black converse lightly swung back and forth, making the stool vibrate once and a while.

I looked up to meet the same green eyes as before. His face perked up as he looked my way, a grin forming across his pink lips.

He made his way over. Black jeans clung tightly around his legs and a tighter black shirt complimented his muscles as he walked. Boots were zipped up around his feet to his ankles, making a faint click sound as he walked. His dark, brown hair was gelled into a quiff, that bounced ever so slightly as he walked.

Drunken people danced and grinded to the music, faintly brushing into him. He went as if he was untouched, pushing people out of his way.

Wet liquid dripped from the ends of my hair. I Shuddered with coldness as it dripped down my back. I jumped off my seat and squealed. Napkins went flying everywhere like flying doves, released from a cage. Old men grumbled under their breath and got up to walk away, new people claiming their seats. "I'm sorrwwy"

I looked up and saw a young girl with light pink hair and big brown eyes looking up at me. She held out her bottom lip and whimpered. "Hahaha!" She laughed. "Do I loookk like a dawg Rach!" She slurred.

Another girl with red hair and tattoos covering her arms was holding her up. "Yep real funny. Let's go. I'm sorry" she said to me. I smiled, and dabbed myself with napkins trying to dry the smelly alcohol.

"She's prewwtty!" The girl slurred again, picking up strands of my wet hair. "And wett! Did you goo swimming?!" She exclaimed. "I wanna go swimming!!"

"Tara, Tara. Stop" the other one said. Tara collapsed onto me, making us both fall. She landed on my back, while I laid flat on my stomach. "Tara! We're leaving!" She shouted over the music, and eventually hauled her up. I was pulled up by the waist.

"Sorry..." She trailed off. I smiled.

"Charlotte" Her also brown eyes traced over my wet clothes. Squinting in the dark night.

"Rachel" She nodded her head in acknowledgement. Tara giggled like crazy in her arms and poked a random stranger next to her. I turned my head to look over at the mysterious boy, but he was gone. When I went to focus my attention back to Rachel and Tara, they were gone too.

"Let's get you cleaned up, love" someone whispered in my ear. I turned around to face him. His green eyes were brighter then the lights that were showing and his simple formed deep dimples in his cheeks. His hands were placed firmly on my hips, and he towered over me.

And with that, I nodded. Putting all my trust into a complete stranger....that felt so right.
