You were watching TV when you got a text from Louis.
Louis: Ella babydoll x
You: Yes, boobear xx
Louis: I have a surprise for you
You: Tell me lou lou u know I hate surprises
Louis: Sorry babe just wait til later :)
Me: Fine ;)
I placed my phone back on the table and continued to stare at Family Guy on the TV.
"Is this really the blood of Chris?"
"Yes"
"Man, this guy must've been wasted 24 hours a day"
My phone lit up and beeped. I picked it up and saw it was a text from Louis.
Louis: Babe I'm on my way now :)
Me: Yay at least give me a hint about that surprise
Louis: No babe it'll ruin it x
Me: Fine, I love you
No reply.
You sighed and sat the phone on your lap and continued to watch Family Guy.
After another thirty minutes of laughing, you check your phone again.
Still no reply. You decided to text him again.
You: Babe you alright
No reply.
You started to get worry.
You stared at your phone for the next five minutes until your phone ringed. You picked it up hoping it was Louis. It wasn't. The screen read, "Unknown."
"Hello" you said into the phone.
"Hi is this Ella Y/LN?"
"Yes"
"Oh hi, this is Kurtwood Hospital. I'm calling about a car accident that happened not too long ago and it appears he was texting you while driving."
"What? Who was the man?"
"I believe Louis Tomlinson"
Your eyes filled with tears.
"Oh my god is he alright?"
"A little, he's in serious pains, you can come up here and say your last words"
"Yes, I would like that"
"Okay, we'll be expecting you"
The lady hung up. You quickly slipped on your shoes, grabbed your purses, put on your jacket and quickly hopped into your car and drove to the hospital. Luckily, you live close to Kurtwood Hospital. You quickly parked the car and ran into the front entrance.

"Hi, I'm looking for Louis Tomlinson" you said, not letting the tears fall out of your eyes. "Oh yes, first door on the left" she said, smiling. "Thanks" you said, sprinting towards his room. You walked in to see his cardiac monitor barely beeping.

"Babe" you said, running over to his bed. You let the tears fall from your eyes. "Don't leave me baby" you sobbed. Suddenly, a nurse walked in. "Ma'am, are you Ella?" she asked.

You nodded and wiped your cheeks. "It appears his phone didn't get smashed and he did have a message he didn't send. Would you like to see it?" the nurse had a sad tone as she looked at how upset I was. "Yes, please" I said. She handed me Louis' phone and it was still on the conversation from earlier.

Louis: Okay, I'll give you a hint, it involves a restaurant and the words will, u, marry, me xx love you more than I love my carrots <3
Tears filled your eyes as you stared at the screen. You walked back over to Louis. He was barely breathing.

"Baby, if you can hear me, I just wanted to tell you that I've loved the time we were together and the fact that I was yours and only yours. I hope that where you're going, you'll be happy. Even though, I'll miss you like hell, that doesn't mean you don't have to be happy. I love you Louis." I said and kissed his forehead.

"Love you too babe" was all I heard until the sound of a long beep came from the monitor. You turned your head towards it to see that he was gone. "H-He's gone" I stuttered. I guess this was it.

You kissed his forehead one more time as tears rolled down your cheeks. You walked out of the hospital, clutching the phone tightly in your hand. You fell to your knees and started sobbing.
