Little Me

Jade P.O.V
I woke up to a knock at the door. Did I really just pass out? I stood up, fixed my hair quickly and answered the door. I saw Louis. "Hi Jade, are you coming to the party?" he asked. He was dressed nicely. I shook my head. "Oh well, I tried calling you but you didn't answer so I came over. But are you sure?" he asked. I nodded. "Okay, do you want me to bring you back something?" I smiled and shook my head. "Okay then, I'll see you around" he said.

I nodded and shut the door. "I wonder what happened to the old Jade." I heard Louis say through the door. I heard what sounded like Harry reply. "Yeah, she won't tell anyone, not even her own mates." he said as their voices faded. I guess I didn't see Harry. I slid my back on the door to a sitting position and held my knees to my chest. "If only they could understand" I whispered to myself.

About 20 minutes of sitting on the floor, I stood up and walked towards my bedroom. I am craving chocolate. I changed into a black skirt, black crop top and a black bow. I slipped on my high hells, oops heels. To be honest, I hate wearing high heels sometimes, they hurt my feet but they still look great on me. I grabbed my phone, slipped it into my purse and walked out the door. I locked it and slipped my keys into my pocket.

My heels made a loud clicking noise as I walked down the hall. I used the elevator because that's just common sense and click the button that said, "lobby." About a minute later, I walked towards the front door of the apartment building and walked out into the cool, fall air. I walked towards my car and tried to dig through my purse for my keys. I dumped everything out onto the parking lot ground. Damn, I just remembered, there in my pocket. I put everything back into my purse and fetched the keys out of my pocket. I unlocked my car and got in it. I started and backed out of the parking lot and headed to the closest gas station.

I guess Shell will do. I put the car in park and got out. I locked it and walked inside of the small gas station. "Hello ma'am" the lady at the counter said. I ignored her and quickly walked towards the candy section. I grabbed a Hershey and turned around to run into a guy with a hood and sunglasses.

He stood up and reached out a hand. I stared at his smile as I took his hand and stood up. "Jade" he said, quietly. Damn, am I really that noticeable? I nodded slowly. "Oh my god, it's been forever" he said, barely audible. I raised an eyebrow. "Oh" he said and took off his sunglasses. It was Liam. He looked kinda disappointed after I didn't say anything back. "Jade, what happened? You would always laugh and say 'Hello' back." Liam asked, removing my sunglasses.

"I don't want to talk about it" I whispered, looking down at the ground. "Hey" he said, calmly and put a finger under my chin to force me to make eye contact. "Please tell me" he pleaded. I shook my head and took my sunglasses back. I put them on my face and hurried to the counter. The lady scanned the bar quickly and I paid her exact change. I rushed towards my car, hoping Liam wasn't following. He was.

"Jade, you can't hide it, it'll mess you up. I miss your laugh Jade." he said. I stopped and stared into space. I remembered what Liam said on TV. "And her smile would give me goose bumps every time I would see it." Is the music video about me? I noticed I was staring right at Liam. I turned around to face my car but he turned me back around. "Please Jade" he begged.
