New School

Rachel's P.O.V.

"I wish I had a car" I voiced.

"How do you get to school if you don't have a car?" she asked.

"Well I don't live too far away from the school so I can just walk. But Louis normally brings me" I told her, turning to point at Louis who was directly behind me.

He flashed me a smile.

"I dont know why we've to do this Haz, I already know everything there is to know about you" Louis whined.

Kayleigh raised her eyebrows a little and I rolled my eyes.

"Then it should be very easy for you" I told him.

Louis shrugged.

"So Rach what are you doing after school today?" he asked.

"I don't know, but I have a feeling your gonna tell me" I replied, causing Harry to chuckle a little.

"The boys are coming round to my place just to hang out. You should come" he explained.

I nodded enthusiastically.

"You can come too" I told Kayleigh quickly, who was looking a little awkward.
"No, no, I wouldn't wanna intrude" she mumbled.

"Your not. Any friend of Rachel's is a friend of mine!" Louis told her, ruffling my hair.

I swatted his hand away playfully causing the teacher to notice us.

"Mr. Tomlinson, Ms. Evans! No canoodling in the classroom!" she yelled at us.

I couldn't help but burst out laughing at that.

"Sorry Miss" I said, trying to pass my laughter off as a coughing fit.

I turned back into my seat and continued the conversation with Kayleigh.

"Is he your boyfriend?" she asked quietly, so Louis and Harry wouldn't hear.

I shook my head.

"No, he's my best friend" I told her honestly.

She just nodded.

"Oh right, okay" she shrugged.

"So Kay-" I began but Louis poked me in the back, cutting me off.

"Yes?" I asked turning my head slightly.

"Just letting you know, Mace is gonna be there. I know you guys don't really talk much and I'd love it if ye could become friends" he told me.

Harry gave me a sympathetic look.

I put on my best fake smile I could manage.

"Of course, I'd love to get to know her better" I lied.

He smiled in response.

I turned back to Kay and sighed.

"Oh great" I mumbled.

She frowned.

"What's wrong?" she asked.

I turned back to make sure Louis wasn't paying attention before I said anything.

"His girlfriend Macy. She's horrible. Just wait 'till you meet her" I muttered quietly.
