Alayna’s POV:
“Okay, class. That’s it for today. Make sure to pass your paper before midnight. Just upload it to the site I gave you. Have a great day.” The old professor smiled and all got up. I grabbed my bag and my coat that was hanging behind my chair and made my way to the door.

“That was so boring.” I thought to myself as I walked up to a bench. I sat down and fixed the things in my bag. I got my cellphone out and typed “UPLOAD” under the reminders. I’ve only been here a week and I already need to step up my game since I’m falling behind. I took a deep breath and fluttered my eyes. Why is it so suddenly heavy? Oh right, because I’ve been spending my nights on the internet hoping to find this “Harry” guy. “Why do you even want to find him?” I continue to ask myself. I slapped my face lightly and got up.

“Hey! Hey! You with the blue coat! Hey!” Wow, some people here are just a bit too loud. Don’t they know some people here just wants peace and quiet? “Hey! Please, stop! Hey!” Whoever was shouting was just getting more and more annoying.

“Can someone please just go and answer your friend?” I whispered while trying to look for whoever this guy was calling. “Hey, blue coat!” Blue coat? I looked around but no one was wearing nor holding a blue coat. “Hey!”

I stopped, annoyed with the very deafening voice. “Look kid. Don’t mean to be rude but ---” I spun around and was surprised to what I saw. “I thought you’ll never stop. For someone with short legs, you really walk fast.” Still wide-eyed, I tried to recollect my thoughts.

“Um..” I cleared my throat and looked down. Wow, how stupid can I be? Blue coat, of course! I’m wearing one. I was obviously too out of it. “I was looking for you.” He tried to compose himself and was doing a really good job as he looked like a disaster to a superstar in just mere seconds.

“Yeah, actually me too.” I was surprised by my answer. I think I just told this guy in front of me that I was trying to look for him. “Stupid, stupid, stupid!” I thought to myself. I looked him in the eye and he was evidently surprised with what I said as well.

“Th-That’s good. You know, you weren’t the easiest to find.” I noticed he cleared his throat. He sounded a bit nervous but he looked very calm. Why is he even here? Why is he even talking to me? “Um, sorry. I mean sorry for last week. Um, sorry for being rude. Really, I’m sorry.”

“Woah, slow down. It’s okay.” He let out a soft chuckle and flashed a smile. This guy is surprising me every time he smiles. “No, every time I look back to what I did from rejecting your hand shake to not politely saying goodbye, I just feel bad. And, um, that’s all the reason why I was looking for you.” Good, I think I made that clear. That was actually a good excuse to get myself out of this hole I put myself in. I’d give myself a pat on the back if I could. I smiled at him and regained my composure.

“Oh? Is that the case?” he looked down, a little bit disappointed I think. “Um, I know! I know how you could make up for it!” He looked up, a little more excited than he was seconds ago.

“Huh? What?” I looked at him with confusion. Where is this guy going at? “You grant me three wishes. You know, to make up for you being rude.” He said the last word while chuckling and smiled as wide as he could. “What?!” Again, where is this guy going at?! Three wishes? “But I don’t even know you!”

He nodded and smiled one more time. “I know. That’s another reason for the three wishes. So you could make up for what you did and get to know me. Two birds with one stone, right?” He grabbed my hand, dragging me behind him. He didn’t even give me the chance to answer; the nerve of this guy.

Harry’s POV:
Even with the week passed, I can’t seem to shake the thought of that girl away from my mind. It’s like I just want to be close to her and stare down to her dark hazel eyes.

“Harry! Did you even hear me?” I was shaken away from my thoughts. “I’m sorry. What?” I looked around and everybody was staring. I guess they noticed how far away my mind was from here. “Harry! You’re the worse!” Jade frowned and I was a little bit eaten up by my guilt. “Jade, I’m ---” I was too late. She already got up and was walking really fast away from where we’re sitting.

“Boy, you’re in big trouble now.” I hissed at Liam. “Obviously.” Today wasn’t going as good as I thought it would. Actually, this week isn’t going as well as I planned: Jade and I are on the verge of breaking up and this mysterious girl kept running through my mind.

“No need for sarcasm here.” Louis raised his two hands and hinted a tone of sarcasm as well. I shook my head at the comment. “Why is your head in the gutter anyways?” Zayn suddenly commented.

I actually wasn’t sure why. I don’t know which reason affects me more. “Hey, where are you going?” Niall stood up after I did. “I gotta go. I forgot, um, I have an errand to run.”

I ran as fast as I could, not looking back. “Hey! Hey! You with the blue coat! Hey!” I think that’s her. It’s got to be her. I think this day is taking a turn. It’s got to be, well I hope.

“Hey! Please, stop! Hey!” Why is this girl walking so fast? Is she deaf? I’m pretty sure I’m shouting as loud as I can. I ran faster than I’ve ever ran.

“Hey, blue coat!” Nothing! I thought it was easy to get her attention. Funny, she could hear clearly when we’re between a cheering crowd but is deaf in an empty hallway. “Hey!” Finally, she stopped; I’m exhausted.

“Look kid. Don’t mean to be rude but ---” She spun around and still, she had the same effect the first time I saw her. What’s with this girl? “I thought you’ll never stop. For someone with short legs, you really walk fast.” I tried to catch my breath since catching up to this girl was a challenge. She looked at me, visibly startled. She mumbled something but it was too quiet to hear. “I was looking for you.” I tried to break the ice but she still continued to blush. I looked at her hoping she’ll answer this time.

“Yeah, actually me too.” She was stunned again and her cheeks turned red one more time. If it was possible, she actually looked more gorgeous. “Th-That’s good. You know, you weren’t the easiest to find.” I hope she didn’t notice my stutter. I haven’t been this nervous around a girl since, well, never. “Um, sorry. I mean sorry for last week. Um, sorry for being rude. Really, I’m sorry.” She speaks as fast as she walks.

“Woah, slow down. It’s okay.” I can’t help but laugh a little. Her awkwardness actually adds up to her beauty. “No, every time I look back to what I did from rejecting your hand shake to not politely saying goodbye, I just feel bad. And, um, that’s all the reason why I was looking for you.” Again, this girl really talks fast but I heard every word she said and I was a little upset with her last words; more than a little actually.

“Oh? Is that the case?” I think I made my disappointment a little too obvious. I looked down, thinking and smiled to myself with the great idea that came to me. “Um, I know! I know how you could make up for it!”

“Huh? What?” She looked at me with much confusion. “You grant me three wishes. You know, to make up for you being rude.” I can’t believe she actually took what happened last week to heart. “What?! But I don’t even know you!” Great point, how am I going to make this girl say yes when we don’t even know each other. “I know. That’s another reason for the three wishes. So you could make up for what you did and get to know me. Two birds with one stone, right?”

I smiled. Great thinking, Harry. I think I’ve got my smoothness back. She stared at me with a blank look on her face. “This is taking too long.” I thought to myself and grabbed her hand. I ignored her struggle. I know this is the only way I could turn this day, heck, week around.
