That wasn't part of the deal

I am called onto stage and I jump up and down three times (I do it so often its become a tradition amongst the competitors) I take the microphone from the stand and sit on the front of the stage

He smiles politely back at you

Some sort of window to your right

I smile up at the judges and there are tears in my eyes. I stand up and walk off the stage without getting my comments. Always leave them wanting more. I find Alice in my dressing room and she hugs me. "That was beautiful Maë! If you did anything wrong, which you didn't, you are so in the good books now!" Liam agrees and they both group hug me.

After all the other performances we are on stage to find out who is going home. "Safe from public voting is... Maë! And safe from The judges is.... George!" I look up at Alice with tears in my eyes. She hugs Rebecca and they stay on stage to talk about their experience on the X-factor. I walk back to the dressing room and start balling my eyes out. Liam hugs me and and just holds me, saying he is there for me and he will never let me go. Alice walks in smiling, and comes over to me. "Calm down Maë! Its not all about competition!" She says "I know, but you wont be here and I don't know what I will do!" "Don't cry because its over, Smile because it happened!" she quotes. I laugh at her. "And Ill be here for the final anyways!" Good old Alice, always knows how to cheer me up.
