"Aye Ryanne get up" my dad said turning on my light "ten mins i expect you down at breakfast" he said stomping down the stairs from my bedroom "KAY!" i yelled back getting up shrugging on some clothes and putting on some mascara and a little bit of powder, throwing my hair into a side french braid as i stomped down the stairs "Morning Dad, Jess" I said as i sat down "Morning Ryanne" my dad returned nodding Jess looked up at me

"Alright I'm heading into town for groceries and to buy that baby calf, I want the chores down by the time i get home later tonight. You are free to do anything after dinner seeing its Friday" my dad said that as he sat down the plate in front of me, i Looked over to my left to see Jess looking up weird? i then turned to see a new ranch hand yawning his face off

"here eat" my dad said and the ranch hand just shook his head i looked up "everyone on this ranch eats before work my father and I don't give two damns if it is 4:30 in the morning and you're sitting over there yawning, pull it together eat up cause if you don't you'll be sorry" i said taking a bite of toast and Jess was laughing at this

"names Nick nice to meet you pretty lady" he said smirking "do you want me, the shotgun or my brother to wipe that smirk off your face?" i asked him "yeah because you know how to use a shotgun" Nick rolled his eyes "Dad im using the shotgun out back before work is that alright Sir" i asked my father who was laughing his head off he just nodded "follow me nick" i said standing up grabbing my gloves and head to the closet grabbing the shotgun and walking out back i stood there bulleye after one another

"yeah now lets go buck bales, clean the horses we are getting ready to sale tomorrow, feed the chickens, fix fences, and then we get 15 mins for lunch and after that we do chores and still work, i don't want any of your shit complaining you are hungry because frankly i don't give a shit" i told nick walking past him hopping on my quad and heading to the barn i heard Jess right behind me.

"Why were you so rough on him?" he asked me as we stacked bales and started cleaning the barn "Because he's sitting over there yawing, and being a complete fool and disrespectful to dad, that and who starts off with Names blah blah blah nice to meet you pretty lady, like excuse you but i respect my self to do us both a favor respect me also. turn on the radio would you? please?" i told him as i was sweeping and moving bales making more room for the other bales

Like Usual we just sang and worked "lets go get them bales" my brother said picking my up and throwing me over his shoulder making me laugh we got back to the house grabbed the truck, and it was his turn to drive us out there today "aye mine as well grab the fencing stuff" he hollered from the truck "got it" i yelled back as my phone went off, it was Kelsi

K: "OMG I HAVENT TALKED TO YOU FOREVER!!!!"
R: " I know hahaha how did you know i'd even be awake?"
K: " you live on this little well huge ranch i dunno called Boots ranch and well i had a guess, how are things?"
R: "they are good haha i love it, still missin mama thou, how bout you?"
K: "OMG SHE HAS THE MOST AMAZING ACCENT HOW IS THAT I SHOULD MEET HER!"
R: "who's that?"
K: " El's Boyfriend "
R: " alright well i love you but i have to get back to work pop aint going to be happy when this isn't done i'll call you at lunch" i said hanging up

i walked back with the stuff for the fences and hopped in the back of the truck "what you say we head out to the lake for lunch today?" my brother asked me "yeah sounds good, what are we doing tonight?" i asked him "well i was thinking about a party at the lake with a big bonfire and some boozes? music and just partying!" he said taking his hands off the wheel "Sounds good i'll call dad and tel em to pick up some boozes you know he doesn't care"

" I know" my brother said as we pulled up to the fences that needed fixing. we both fixed them and looded bales.

*After Lunch, During dinner*

"Hi Pops how was town?" i asked him sitting down at the dinner table "it was nice you'll be happy to know that we have tons of buyers tomorrow i got that calf and tons of groceries and the drinks and food you asked for, took a drive round today very nice job ya'll did today" he said setting the plate of food in front of me and my brother "thank you sir" we both said at the same time

"here are some tickets to London you have the next couple weeks off." my dad said setting the tickets on the table "REALLY DAD?!" i asked him wide eyed "yes, also one direction will b over there so i put money in your account for the tickets while they are here" he said as we ate "why are there two tickets?" i asked him "because Kelsi will be coming back for a little while so why not attend a concert here plus i want to see Kelsi i miss her running around here, Jess your turn for dishes tonight" my father said standing up just like that
