Use Somebody
June 2014 - Part 3
Behati's wedding outfit:

14th June 2014:
Cassie's POV:
I was having the best dream I've had in months: Harry and I were finally together, living the life we both deserved, taking a nice beach vacation in Bora Bora when the shrill sound of my ringtone brought me back to reality.
“For fuck's sake... Hello?” I swore and then answered the call.
“Cass, where are you? You should've been at B's suite ten minutes ago!” Rachel almost screamed. Fuck! I overslept.
“Shit... Be there in 5,” I said and hang up. Flinging Harry' heavy arm off my stomach, I got out of bed. Throwing on panties, Harry's boxers and an oversized shirt, I quickly grabbed my cell and hurried to the door.
“Where are you going?” Harry finally woke up. I quickly grabbed one of my shoes that was lying next to the door and threw it into his direction. It hit him hard in the chest.
“Get up, Harold, we overslept!” I commanded and vanished out of the door before he could even say a word. I sprinted down the corridor to the lift and went up to B's suite, practically crashing through the door. I was met by 6 pair of curious eyes, the bride, bridesmaids and two stylists.
“So sorry,” I breathed out heavily before giving B a soft kiss on the cheek. She was currently in the hands of one of the stylists.
“Don't worry, it was definitely worth seeing you like this,” she laughed and mimicked to my dishevelled appearance. I smiled slightly and sat down at a chair on the opposite site. Immediately, the other stylist started her work. Rachel, Demi and Coco were already all dolled up, running around with champagne glasses in expensive underwear. Shit, I forgot mine! I pulled out my phone and rang Harry.
“I'm up, alright?” he answered immediately.
“Good, I need you to go to my suitcase, get out that black VS bag and bring it to B's suite, please?” I asked him. He sighed while I heard him rummage around.
“What is in... Oooh,” he said, obviously having looked inside the big bag.
“Harry! You're not supposed to look in it! Just bring it up, will you?” I scolded him and heard a low chuckle.
“I'll be the one taking it off of you tonight anyway, darling. Might as well have a look first,” he said seductively and I felt my insides tingle.
“Whatever, just get it here, please?” I begged and he agreed and hung up.
“What was that?” B asked sceptically, looking at my face.
“I forgot the lingerie and asked Harry to bring it up,” I explained.
“Yeah, I got so much. But why are you grinning like an idiot?” she further investigated. Demi came up and handed me a glass.
“Uhm... no reason,” I tried to lie. That moment, Demi's hand quickly brushed away my hair so she could have a good view at my neck.
“Cass... what's that?” she asked, pocking at my neck. I felt a slight pain and turned it to the side to see the spot in the mirror on the wall. I gasped surprised.
“That fucking rocket...” I swore loudly when I saw the distinct hickey Harry must have left on my neck last night. There was knock on the door and Coco went over to open it. It revealed a slightly tired-looking Harry.
“YOU!” Behati screamed loudly once she saw him. His eyes widened slightly and he stared at her. She brushed away the stylist's hands and got up from her chair, walking over to him. Harry was absolutely uncomfortable, seeing all these beautiful women in sexy underwear, especially when one was looking at him like she was about to detach his head from his body.
“You look lovely, Behati,” he tried to say, but she cut him off.
“You gave my maid of honour a very visible hickey! Do you know how this will look on photos?” she screamed and despite his uneasiness, he couldn't hide a smirk.
“I'm sorry, I must have... gotten carried away?” he tried to defend himself. She was still poking his chest.
“You're now officially my bitch for the day, Harry Styles! Every time I need something, you will get it for me, understood? That's the least you can do!” she commanded and he only nodded. Brides were more than intimidating. “Good, now, go to the kitchen and get me some wild strawberries!” she barked and he nodded and left. Behati turned around and looked at us. It was silent for a moment before all 5 of us burst into laughter.
“You didn't have to be that harsh on him, it's just a hickey. I'm sure the guys here can cover it up, right?” I said, looking at the stylists, who nodded.
“I know, but I figured he needed to be taught a lesson,” she said calmly while sitting down again. “And I really want those strawberries,” she added. We all laughed again.
“Thanks, B. Now, let's focus on you, shall we? It's your big day after all!” I said and she smiled happily.
“Yeah, let's get married today!” she said a toast and we clinked glasses. What a day this would be...
7 hours later:
Harry's POV:
Liam was just thanking Niall for his beautiful wedding toast when I saw that Cassie was looking at me, nervously. We were up next. I smiled re-assuringly and grabbed the guitar from behind my seat. So far, the wedding had gone great. It was a nice summer day in Skye, and everyone was in great mood. The ceremony itself had been absolutely romantic, and all the bridesmaids had cried. Except Cassie, she was just grinning from ear to ear. Right now, she got up and took the microphone from Niall.
“Hello, ladies and gentlemen,” she started “My name is Cassie, and Behati here is one of my best friends. I could never imagine life without her, and I am more than happy that she found someone so perfect for her,” she continued. “Now, I thought long and hard about what to say to show all of these guests here how good you two are together. But, first of all, there's nothing I could say that can express the look you two have when you look at each other, so I figured everyone already knows how much you are in love,” she said and the crowd politely laughed. “However, there is something that expresses your relationship quite well, and I have to think of you two every time I hear it. It's a song sung by a fella called Adam Green, and as some of you might know, Behati's a huge fan,” she said and B's eyes began to sparkle. She grabbed Liam's wrist and held on tightly, anticipating what would come next. “I don't have the best of voices, let me tell you that, so I brought a little help,” Cassie said and motioned to me. I gave a little wave and grabbed the guitar tight. She came over and sat down next to me. “Behati, Liam, this is for you,” she said and nodded at me. I began playing the simple chords.
“You're a part-time lover and a full-time friend,
the monkey on your back is the latest trend,
I don't see what anyone can see in anyone else...
but you,”
Cassie began and I took over in the last two words.
“I kiss you on the brain in the shadow of the train,
kiss you all starry-eyed, my body swinging from side to side,
I don't see what anyone can see in anyone else...
but you,”
I smiled at her and she continued on.
“Here is the church, and here is the steeple,
we sure are cute for two ugly people,
I don't see what anyone can see in anyone else...
but you,”
she sung and beamed from ear to ear.
“The pebbles forgive me, the trees forgive me,
so why can't you forgive me?
I don't see what anyone can see in anyone else...
but you,”
“I will find my hitch in your car,
with my MP3, DVD, humble back guitar,
I don't see what anyone can see in anyone else...
but you,”
she sung and then we continued the chorus together. The song went on for about two minutes, and we got more and more into it, until the last few notes were sung and we finished, gazing intently at each other. The crowd around us erupted in applause, and I wanted to kiss Cassie so badly. By the look on her face, she wanted that, too, but she broke the eye-contact after a few seconds when Behati came up from behind her and flung her arms around her best friend.
“That was so beautiful! Thank you so much!” she was in actual tears and thanked her friend. She hugged me, too, and we joked around a bit before the speeches continued. I sat down next to Cassie and squeezed her hand under the table, caressing it with my thumb. She smiled at me happily and gave me a kiss on the cheek that lasted a bit too long to be friendly. I didn't mind, though. People could think whatever they wanted.
After the formal part was over, we practically stormed the dance floor, and Louis and I were busting out some good, old, 1D-moves. We encouraged Liam to join us and soon we felt like we were back in 2010, doing our first tour and conquering the world. The girls on the other hand were goofing around, too, only slightly sexier. A slow song came on and I watched everyone grab a girl. I looked at Cassie and started towards her, but Liam's friend Andy got to her first. I shrugged my shoulders and found one of Behati's model friends instead. Three romantic songs later, I finally managed to cut in.
“I was actually just hoping to leave the dance-floor,” she said to me when I had detached Zayn from her.
“Well, too bad, cause we haven't danced yet,” I grinned. She shot me a critical look before resting her head on my shoulder, pressing her body tighter against mine.
“But I really want some alcohol,” she whined and I laughed. Grimmy wasn't a very good influence on her.
“One dance, honey, then we can get wasted all you want,” I promised and she sighed contently. I inhaled the scent of her hair and enjoyed holding her body against mine. Every time we were close, it just felt so right. I kept my promise and led her from the floor after the song ended. I wanted to be alone with her anyways, it was getting harder and harder to keep my hands to myself. On the way, I snatched a bottle of her favourite Whisky from the bar and grabbed her by the hand.
It was now already dark, but the whole garden had been lit with candles and torches to create a romantic atmosphere. I began to lead her away from the mass of people when she tugged on my hand to make me stop.
“I know just the place,” she said mysteriously and began leading me down a semi-hidden path. She knew these gardens like the back of her hand and I followed her through a massive stone gate into a blossoming garden. She led me through various rows of beautiful flowers, stopping at what I assumed was the middle of the stone garden. There was a big bench there, and we sat down laughing. I put the torch I had snatched on the way into the earth to my left, and the soft light illuminated us in the exact right way. Cassie was opening the bottle and took a deep sip.
“Any good?” I asked, watching her in amusement.
“How dare you, Harry! That is Jura! It's the best in the world,” she snapped at me, but laughed after. I grabbed the bottle from her and took a good swallow myself. She cuddled against my shoulder and I reached for her hand, playing with her fingers. We sat in silence, looking out into the darkness. In the distance, we could hear the now energetic music, mixed together with the sound the fire next to us made.
“I really missed you,” I said into the silence. She nuzzled her nose into the crook of my neck and sighed.
“I missed you more than you can imagine,” she confessed. I grabbed her by the hip and made her sit on top of me. Cupping her face with both hands, I kissed her softly.
“I don't think so,” I whispered before kissing her again, this time with a full load of passion. She took my bottom lip between her teeth and sucked on it, which made me moan with pleasure. My hands shoved up the hem of her sexy dress, and I cupped her bum. We made out for a few minutes, and things were getting more and more heated, when she suddenly withdrew from me, panting with breath.
“Harry... what are we doing? You still have a girlfriend...” she said, utter shock in her eyes. I sighed and stroked down her cheek softly.
“I know, but I just can't help myself when I'm around you,” I explained. Her gaze shifted away from mine and she got off my lap.
“We can't be like this any longer. I'm not just some fuck toy for when you're girlfriend's not around,” she said while fixing her dress. I heard a hostile tone in her voice. I rolled my eyes and grabbed for her hand, stopping her in her movements. She stared at me with furrowed brows.
“You are not some fuck toy, Cassie, you know that. I'm sorry for being like this. And I'm sorry for last night. It isn't fair to you, I know that,” I explained. Her features grew softer again.
“Let's get back to the party, alright?” she changed the topic. I nodded and we got up together. We went back in silence, only when we were already in eyeshot did she turn to me again. “Fix things with your girl, and I will fix myself. Then, and only then, Harry, can we be together,” she said with a serious expression. I nodded and squeezed her hand.
“I know. And I won't be mad at you if you don't sleep in my bed tonight,” I said with a heavy heart. Her eyes widened in surprise.
“You sure?” she asked. I let out a deep breath and looked over her head, where I saw Zayn eyeing us from the distance. He was still after her.
“It's not easy for me, but it's only fair to you,” I finally said. She smiled a sad little smile and gave me a soft peck on the cheek.
“Thanks, Harry. I love you,” she whispered and turned away.
“I love you too, Cassie. Forever and always,” I said while I watched the love of my life walk away from me. What a mess.
