Phantom Of The Opera
Summary
Picture this: Its the early sixteenth century, 1700's, you are the princess of a very large kingdom. You are used to rich, handsome, and charming suitors trying to win your hand. Your father is the king of the biggest, most powerful and influential kingdom. You are used to a life of luxury and riches. You have never wanted for anything but love from someone whom you also love. You are being forced into a marriage for power. The classic arranged marriage love story. There is always another whom holds your heart, but can never have you because of your parents.
Your name is Elizabeth Rose. Elirose for short.
You wear big dresses with corsets and petticoats. Your castle has stained glass, and none of it is completely clear, it's all somewhat cloudy. The weather is usually dreary, cold, and dismal. The castle servants, slave, and maids adore you due to your kindness and compassion. No one has ever had a bad bone in their body directed towards you. But they all have a certain place in hell reserved for your father. Unlike your father, you are loved. You are unhappy. You are kept in the castle like a trapped mouse. Never have you been able to freely roam the surrounding forest, lakes, docks, and rivers. Not once have you ever felt the sand between your toes, or the wind in your hair. Till one day. Your eighteenth birthday party. Your own masquerade ball. A mysterious man appears in the corner of the tallest staircase. The one leading to your tower bedroom. The darkest corner of the staircase. He emerges wearing a black cape and hood. He extends a hand toward you, beckoning you forward to him.
