Deadly

Yes, yes! I silently cheered myself on as I formed a ball of water with my left hand. With my right, I spun it in a circle. The ice was almost fully formed when Sid tapped my shoulder.
"FUCKING SIDNEY!" I screamed and dropped the ice ball on him.
"The hell, Elsa!?" Sid growled as a bird ripped off a chunk of my back hair. Well.. I was gonna cut it anyway. Thanks birdie.
I rolled my eyes. "Sorry. By the way, you seem way too harsh to summon animals."
He looked at me crossly and snapped his fingers. A hologram of a tiger appeared.
"Okay, okay, don't summon that monster."
"Case closed, then." Sid grinned. I smiled back and we headed back.
Sid is my older brother. I would never trade powers with him. Yes, powers. My pack - Me, Sid,
Mace, Joby, Zayda, Sage, Liz, Ada, and Stella - control elements or objects. It's pretty
cool, but our enemies think otherwise.
We silently creep towards our camp. As Sid makes a clearing through branches, I see Zayda
slipping next to us. With her medium length black hair and bangs that cover her watery blue
eyes and that pale skin, she's like a shadow.
"Slayers," She says, and I nod.
Slayers are our enemies. They were sent to us, to, well, slay, basically. Controllers and Slayers
have been jealous and hating each other for years. They're made of supernatural people -
vampires, werewolves, angels, ghosts and more. I know there's been one pack on our tail, they
always watch us.
But it's time to meet face-to-face.
She calls everyone else in a harsh whisper when I explain. Then we appear in the shadows in front of them.
"A little bird told me idiots were staying here." The guy in front of me says coldly. I build
up my confidence.
"Typical Slayer.. trying to be all sly. You can't do us any harm unless we're doing a beauty
competition." I hiss back. He chuckles.
"Typical Controller.." He hisses back and I catch note of the fangs in his mouth, the way he stayed in the shadows and flinched when the ghost one floated into the sun. This one's a vampire.
I cross my arms, looking all leader-y. "What brings you here?"
"Your death, love."
I put my hand behind my back and make a swaying motion with my hand. Slowly, a puddle of water
rises behind of me.
Without thinking, I jump up and blast full speed. The water rains down on his gang but the guy speeds away until he charges right next to me, fangs closely in contact with my neck, but not quite.
"Ah, ah, ah, Edward Cullen," I hiss coldly. "No biting a Controller."
He grits his teeth and Liz grabs my arm. "Elsa-" She starts steadily. I peel her hand off my
arm.
The vampire motions for his gang to move. "You're obviously no threat. All you do is insult." He
grins in a harsh way, highlighting his teeth.
That's when I make the sign.
I hear Sage's feet banging onto the ground before me. She skids to a halt and throws a wave of
metal into their direction. It only knocks their breaths away.
Joby piles on top of Sage as she grits her teeth to keep him on top of her shoulders. Joby
quickly sends a pile of sharp wood in their direction, and this particularly frightens the vampire
and he orders his gang to fight for him. He goes off into the woods, gasping. Joby grins. He weakened the leader.
I slap him a quick high five as the other gang members.. attack!
I screech when they decide to target me first. The shield of water doesn't really weaken
the blow of a werewolf running towards me, or a ghost lets out a high pitched scream in my ear
that shatters my ear drums.
Sid protectively helps Joby and Ada make a sheild around my weak body. The hell are they doing?!
I have to protect them!
I see good 'ol One Eye Mace makes a glass ball of fire with Stella that makes this amazing little object that hypnotizes the angels, mostly.
That's when it stops.
"This isn't over, Controllers!" The vampire yells as he stutters off with his bruised pack.
"C'mon, Louis. Let's go find some blood for you." The morphed werewolf slings his hand over
the vampire's shoulder and they dissappear.
We watch their silhoette when Liz speaks up.
"That escalated quickly."
