Louis' POV

What am I going to do. In order to keep earning the money, I have to work overtime, but I can't leave Diana alone, but either way, if I don't make the money, I'll still leave her. I'll leave her either way, I can't just wait until I leave her. Should I tell her? No, that'll just make things worse. I can't keep it a secret either. How am I supposed to deal with this? I'm gonna have to tell her. I have no other choice.

"Louis?" I heard my dad say.

"I'll take care of it."

"You sure?"

"Yeah, I can take care of it." I repeated.

"How are you gonna tell your girlfriend?"

"Don't worry about it." But he was right.

"Good luck." I'm gonna need it. I went back inside to find Diana innocently on her phone.

"Who was that?" She asked.

"It was my dad."

"Oh, what did he want." She seemed so happy, I couldn't ruin it.

"Oh, he just wanted to say hi." I'm so stupid for saying that.

"That's it?"

"Yeah."

"So he just came said 'Hi' and just freaking left?" She chuckled.

"I don't know, my parents are pretty weird." She laughed and I kissed her forehead. We just went off on a random topic and started a long, pointless conversation. She seemed to be enjoying it, but the entire time, I was thinking of how to tell her that I caused something worse than her principal's death. I caused someone's suicide.
