Harry's P.O.V.

"So Harry....." El say as I make some tea.

"Yes?" I say raising an eyebrow.

"So you and Erica?"

"What about us?" I ask knowing completely where this is going.

"Do you fancy her?" She ask as I hand her a cup of tea.

"Maybe a little" I say with a smile.

"Well make your move Styles!" She says playfully hitting my arm.

"I don't think she's ready for that quite yet." I mean I would love to make Erica my bird but I doubt she wants to jump into a relationship this soon after what has happened.

"Yea she was telling me about what happened today. That Jake guy seems like a major douche bag!"

"I know! That is one of the main reasons I want to go with her to California."

"Why she won't have to see him will she?"

"Well they did live together. So most likely."

"I wonder what her parents are going to think." She says taking a sip of tea.

"Well if her dad is anything like me I wouldn't want to be Jake." I say with a chuckle.

"Why would anyone want to hurt her? I mean she is so innocent and kind."

"It makes me sick to my stomach!" I wonder what Erica is doing right now.

"Damn it!" Louis yells from the couch.

"What wrong?" I say plopping down on top of him.

"This game is so stupid!"

"Let me guess your playing flappy bird?"

"How did you know?"

"Erica was playing it at lunch she was pretty bad at it. What's your score."

"Like 102."

"Let me see." I say snatching his phone from his hands.

"Hey!"

"Mate this says 2 not 102." I hear El chuckle as she sits down on the couch.

"Okay maybe I was exaggerating a little."

"Erica had a better score than you!" I say laughing.

"What was hers?" He says pushing me off him.

"3"

"That's a point higher than mine."

"But still it's better than a 2"

"Shut up Styles!" He says taking his phone back.

"I'm sorry I have the magic touch." I say putting my hands up in surrender.

"Well I'm going to go pack!" Louis says standing.

"We all know what you really mean is I'm going to watch El pack my bags." Eleanor adds.

"You know I suck at folding clothes!" Louis defends himself.

"Yea I know!" El say playfully hitting him before they both headed upstairs.

I go up to my room and grab a suite case and try to pack but I can't stop thinking about Erica. The way she smiles. The way she laughs oh yes her laugh is the most angelic thing I have ever heard. The way her hair falls perfectly. I can imagine anyone hurting her. But then there is that dick Jake. I snap from my thoughts when I hear my phone go off.

Erica's P.O.V.

So I've been watching the boys for about three hours and I'm beyond amazed! I can't believe I have never heard of them before! I look at the time and see that it's only 7. I wonder what I can get myself into. I think
I'll go explore the city!

I run down stairs and grab my wallet and keys and off I go.



I've been walking for about an hour now in different shops. I've bought a couple things and now I'm growing tired. So I decide to head back home. Oh that's weird to say. I happily walk into to the apartment building and hit the elevator button.

"One way or another I'm gonna find ya..." I quietly sing to myself as the elevator opens.

After I set my bags down I plop down on the couch and watch some tv and soon drift to sleep.


I woke up to a knocking at my door. I rub my eyes and look at the time. Who in the world could be here at this hour. I slowly walk over to the door. It's probably Harry or something.

"What do you want Harry?" I say rubbing my eyes once more.

"Thought you could run from me?" I quickly look up and my eyes widen as I see Jake standing in front of me.

"H-how did you find me?!" I manage to get out.

"I have my ways, are you going to let me in?" He says taking a step closer to me.

"I-I think you should go." I say standing there frozen, I can feel the tears forming in my eyes.

"You can't get rid of me that easy!" He yell pushing me inside. He grabs me and pushes me down to the couch.

"YOU KNOW WHAT ERICA?! YOUR A LITTLE SELFISH BITCH WHO IS UNGRATEFUL. I GAVE YOU EVERYTHING AND THIS IS HOW YOU REPAY ME?! BY MOVING TO ANOTHER COUNTRY?! WELL THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS! YOU ARE MINE AND MINE ONLY!" By this point he was yelling at me I try to yell for help but my face in buried in the couch. Hot tears escape my eyes.

I jolt awake to a pounding at the door. I feel tears falling from my eyes.

"Erica answer the door it me" I hear Harry yell. I quickly run over to the door and open in. I hug onto
Harry. At first he seemed tense but soon relaxed. He pull me off of him and grabs my shoulders.

"Hey are you okay?" He says as tear fall from my eyes. I shake my head no.

"Here let's go inside." He says and closes the door behind us. We sit down on the couch.

"What happened you were screaming and I got worried?" I take a deep breath.

"H-he found me Harry he c-came into my apartment....." I say before more tears come.

"Hey it was just a dream." He says wrapping his arms around me rubbing small circles in my back. The sobs come harder and I feel my tears soaking his shirt.

"I'm here now it's okay I won't let anything happen to you." Harry coos trying to calm me down. After a while I finally control my breathing.

"Let's get you to bed." Harry says standing up taking me with him. He leads me to my bedroom and pulls the cover and motions for me to get it. He tucks me in like a little child and kisses me forehead. He walks towards the door to leave.

"H-Harry?"

"Yes?" He says a turns to me.

"Please stay." I whisper.

"Okay" he says turning off the light and closing the door. It's dark in the room but I can still see he outline.
He pulls off his shirt and removes his pants. I feel the bed dip down as he gets in. I feel his arm wrap around my waist and he pulls me into his chest.

"Thank you" I whisper.

"I'll always be here" he says I feel his chest rise and fall in my back.

"Will you sing to me?" I ask afraid to fall asleep. He starts to think then takes a deep breath.

"Your hand fits in mine
Like it's made just for me
But bear this in mind

And I'm joining up the dots with the freckles on your cheeks

Though it makes no sense to me...." Before I knew it my eyes grew heavy and I was soon fast asleep.

Harry's P.O.V.

I soon heard soft snores coming from Erica. She doesn't deserve this. Having nightmares sobbing uncontrollably. I don't understand how someone could do some much to someone so caring. I would never treat her or anyone like that. I soon grow tired and find myself drifting to sleep.

I awake to find my arms empty. I start to panic. Where is she? How could I have not felt her leave my arm. I flush with relief when I hear the shower running. I sit up and out my clothes back on. My shirt now dry. I sit there for a couple minutes until I hear the water shut off. Soon Erica emerges from the bathroom in her towel.

"Good morning!" She says cheerfully grabbing clean clothes and heads back to the bathroom. Minutes later she returns.

"Did you sleep well?" I ask.

"Yea thank you Harry for everything."

"Anytime love" I say pushing my curls out of my face.

"Sorry you had to see me like that." She says looking down and her hands that were in her lap.

"Love there's nothing to be sorry for. You were havering a nightmare and screaming."

"I know. But I feel. Ad for waking you from your sleep."

"Really it's fine love I slept much better next to you." A blush came across her cheeks. And a silica filled the room.

"So what are you doing today?" I ask.

"Nothing really. I don't really need to pack anything considering I have basically everything I need there. What about you?"

"Well I thought about spending my day with you." I said tapping her nose with my pointer finger. She giggled.

"Do you have to pack?"

"Did that last night!" I said proudly. "Let me go change and I'll be back soon." I said standing up. She lead me to the door.

"I'll be right back." I said walking out the door.
