Do you trust me?
Just Friends
"I'm coming!" The door opened and a tall girl with brown and colorful hair showed up. "Oh, Jennifer... Hi. What brings you here?" I smiled a little and took a deep breath before answering her. "Is your brother Louis here?" She started laughing but stopped once she realized I was joking. "Oh you're serious?" I nodded and bit my bottom lip. "Wow, you have some guts to come here... But yeah, he's here. I'll go get him, be right back." I nodded again and waited outside. I walked around patiently for two minutes before he came out.
"So... Is there a problem?" Louis asked. I turned around and cleared my throat. "Um, no. I just wanted to talk with you, that's all." He chuckled and said," Talk about what? We have nothing to talk about you know." I sighed and shook my head. "Yes we do. I want to talk about yesterday. You were right. I shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. It's wrong and rude." He rolled his eyes and leaned on the door frame. "How sweet, I'm flattered."
I was beginning to get frustrated with him the more he didn't take me seriously. "What else do you want me to do? Get on my knees and beg for forgiveness? I'm apologizing Louis?! So stop being such a dick and take it!" He stood straight and smirked. "Ooh, feisty. Ha ha ha ha ha, I was just messing with you babe. Don't take it to the heart." I groaned and started making my way off his patio. "Okay, okay! Fine I'm sorry. I'll dial it down. Just wait."
I turned back around and crossed my arms. "I'm listening..." He chuckled and got closer to me. "Can I take you out?" "No." I didn't hesitate to answer his question. I can't and will not go on a date with him. I've got a boyfriend already and I will not cheat on him. "Love, let me finish! I was going to say as friends." I narrowed my eyes at him and scoffed. "Oh really? Just as friends?" He laughed and nodded. "Yeah... As friends." I rolled my eyes and laughed too. "Yeah right. Louis Tomlinson, the ladies man, is going to take a girl out just as friends? Let alone take her out with nothing in return?" Hard to believe."
"Well believe it cause it's happening. And I have taken girls out." I covered my heart and smiled. "Awe really? How sweet! Oh wait no... Not buying it. If you really have taken girls out, then tell me how many and where." He chuckled and cleared his throat. " I have taken out every single girl I've been with. And where you may wonder... Well out of my house of course." I bursted out laughing." I should have seen that coming... But nope. It doesn't count."
"Oh come on, love. Just one time. I promise it'll be fun! And I'll behave. After all, you are my friend right?" I rolled my eyes and shrugged. "I don't know... maybe. You know what? Fine. But only as friends! Nothing more." He lifted his hands and shook his head. "Deal. I'll pick you up at nine. Wear something casual." I nodded and laughed. "Alright. But remember! Just as friends!" "Just as friends..." He repeated as I walked off.
