Chapter 1

"OMG! 1D are sooooooo hot!" Screamed teens on the television. Emma and Jade were sleeping over at Erin's house. And they had hired, one directions Up All Night tour DVD and were laughing at the emotional teens and watching their flawless idols. But it was growing boring. "Guys we show watch the video diaries!!" Screamed Emma bouncing up and down and spilling the popcorn resting on her lap leaving butter all over her pjs. "Not again." Groaned Erin. ""We all love the video diaries Em and Kevin the pigeon holds a special place in our hearts but we watch them all the time."Explained Jade " Please!" said the blonde pouting. "Fine we surrender." Erin said raising her hands in defeat. "The puppy dog eyes always work," Emma proclaimed happily at her success. "Oh how I wish I could meet them." Jade sighed, staring at the screen. "But even if we did we would be to young for them, Harry's the youngster and he's twenty. We are only eleven." Erin said frustrated closing the laptop. " Girls get ready for bed it's 10.30." Erin's mum called up the stairs. "Already really mum!" Erin yelled back. " Yes, tomorrow I'm taking you to the mall." Came the reply. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NEXT DAY ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At 6:30 Midnight memories was blasting through Erin's speakers. "Sorry girls, forgot to turn that dumb thing off," Erin yelled over the noise whilst turning it off. " Oh we'll now we're up, we should get dressed." Said Jade yawning. "Yeah we should." Agreed Emma. After doing their hair and getting dressed the girls head downstairs. "Girls I'm outside come on we'll get McDonalds on the way." Yelled Erin's mum from the car. " Sounds great!" Said Emma clambering into the RAV 4. "Wow look at the new Ice Watches." Jade breathed, I've been saving up so I'm gonna get one." " Same" Said Emma. " Mum can I get one." " Ok but you'll have to forfeit a birthday present." Erin ran into the store following the other two into the store. Erin picked a purple one, Emma a white one and Jade turquoise. After a few hours the girls had bought some random stuff and decided it would be good to go to the movies. Erin's mum had to go to an appointment so she left the girls ten dollars each. They decided to see The Hunger Games. Halfway through the girls started a huge lolly fight that ended up involving the entire cinema. After the movie Erin had to drop Jade and Emma home. As she was fiddling with her watch Erin noticed something strange.

"Ok that's fine we'll come pick you up." Said Emma ending the FaceTime call with Erin. "Mum Erin's mum is sick we have to pick her up so she can sleep here then we take her to school!" Emma yelled down the hall to her parents room. "Ok let's go then." Yelled Her mum in reply." And Em, funny thing, but Jades mum is sick too so we have them both over!" " Cool! Let's go!" This isn't a sleepover though Emma it's a school night, you'll be in separate rooms."
After a dinner of pasta-bake and chips the girls got ready for bed. But just as Jade was drifting off to sleep on the couch Erin came in followed by a confused Emma. "Look, guys I thought I should show you this." Erin said taking off her watch. She then twisted the bit showing Ten minutes, twenty minutes, so on, until it completely came off. Under where the cap used to be was the actual clock on the watch. To the side was a tab as such and Erin lifted it, " what the hell Jade whispered." Under that was a bunch of what looked like tiny digital clocks. Erin lifted the watch up to the torch she was carrying and in-between all the tiny digital clocks their was an inscription in thin, spidery writing saying ' come ba'.
The other two did the same and found there own inscriptions. Jade's said 'ck tomorrow we ne' and Emma's said 'ed to talk, during school hours.' Together saying 'come back tomorrow during school hours.'

The girls had made a plan to sneak out of school at lunch to go back to the watch shop.At school,the hours slowly passed by. But the lunch bell finally came. The girls headed to the bathrooms and changed out of their school uniform into outfits and make up leaving them unrecognisable.
Luckily mrs Macintosh was on duty, mrs mackintosh had a reputation for using her phone instead of actually doing her job. So the trio easily made it out the gate into the street. Jade drew her iPad out of her school bag and opened up the maps app. The mall was on Hideaway way street and was a 4 kilometre walk from the school which was on Breakwater avenue. But these girls were sporty and ready for the run.
After ten minutes Jade stopped to check the map, they were making good progress. They were halfway. As they walked into the mall they noticed the kind of crow the mall had attracted that day. Mostly mums and little children, not so good they noticed some mums they knew from school. They were on one side the watch shop on the other. It would be tricky. But they would do it,somehow.
The girls put on their sunnies and bolted into the Myer which took up a complete side of the mall. " Oh crap guys it's 12.50 we haven't got long," Said Erin looking at her watching. " Don't worry guy's Melissa is covering for us, we are supposedly at home after falling ill on something we ate." Jade giggled. "Good that's one thing out of the way." Emma mumbled. "Oh No!" Jade gasped, " It's your mum em!" Erin whispered elbowing and pointing to Catherine over in the corner looking at dresses.
The girls managed to sneak past Catherine but were faced with another problem getting across the mall to the watch shop across the isle, though the nail salon right next to it and some of the school mums met there every Monday though they were the mums who loved to gossip and if they saw and recognised the girls. It would be the end of them. Because before too long it would reach their mothers.
The woman in the watch shop saw them and obviously recognised them and beckoned to the three. 'Come' she mouthed. The girls obeyed and melted into a crowed that was walking towards the exit. They came emerged out of the group again, 2 metres from the store. They rushed in and the lady took them into a back room. "Girls you're special." The old women told them. There was something about that old lady that made the girls trust her. "Girls I have given you the only existing time travel/ age changing watches. I believe they are in good hands." She continued " ummmmmm,one question, why us?" "Asked Emma confused. "Well you suited the description on a prophecy reading, I'm very superstitious." " Ok!" Coursed the three girls.
"Ok so to use them you press this button here..."
After a 30 minute lecture the old women whose name was Maggie let the girls leave. It was now 2.30 and the girls had to sprint to the bus stop at the school to make it in time to catch it back to Emma's house where Erin and Jade were staying until there mums recovered.
When they got to Emma's they literally collapsed on the floor in Emma's room.
