That Night

There had been nothing to do for the majority of the day. All I pretty much did the whole day was sit at home, and watch t.v. All my friends were out with girls or getting laid. Women didn't really find me attractive. I didn't have much luck with them. I never fell him love. I only had one girl friend my whole life, and that was in the second grade. She didn't truly like me. She only wanted me because I had the cool twistable crayons. I always tried to pick up a girl at the club or something, but they ignore me or they laugh, and walk away.
My eyes were focused on the t.v. My door suddenly swung open causing me to jump. My head darted toward the door to my flat. I sighed in relief when I realized it was my best friend Levi.
"What are you doing here?" I asked." Aren't you suppose to be going to the club with Isaac?"
"Bro I couldn't leave you hear alone." Levi said shutting the door. He walked over, and plopped on to the couch.
"Why?" I asked confused. I said no to going. I didn't find a reason to go. All I would do is sit, and watch everyone have fun.
"Your my best friend." He answered." I can't leave my best friend behind." He smiled." C'mon get ready." He urged. " Your definately not staying home on a Friday night, and its your birthday the big two zero." Levi punched my arm.
Yeah it was my birthday. I turned twenty. Maybe Levi was right. It's Friday, and my birthday. I can't stay home I need to go out." Alright I'm going to go." I jumped up from the couch. I went down the hall to get dressed.
I walked back to the living room where Levi was.
"Ready." Levi asked.
"Yeah." I grabbed the my keys off the coffee table.

We got to the club. He found the booth Isaac, Scott, Ryan were." Niall." They called.
"Levi, you did it. You convinced Niall to come." Isaac called.
"Told you I could." Levi smiled.'I couldn't let him sit at home on his birthday, plus it's Friday. I couldn't."
"Oh and it's ladies night." Ryan yelled over the booming music.
"Take a pint loosen up a bit." Scott handed me a pint. I chugged it down. Feeling a rush go threw my body.
I looked around. There was a bunch of sexy women." WOMEN HERE I COME." I yelled out. Running into the crowd of people on the dance floor.
"Yeah." I heard. Ryan, Levi, Scott, and Isaac yelled.
Tonight I wasn't going to be shy and sensitive. I figure maybe if I was more out there girls would find me attractive. On my way to the dance floor, I grabbed a random girl, and pulled her to the dance floor with me. I put my arms around her waist, and pulled her closer to me. Our faces nearly touching.
"Hi." I could hear the smile when she talked.
I smiled." Hi." It was hard to see her face. The lighting was to dim. By the sound of her voice she was probably pretty, but I wasn't hear for that at the moment. I was hear for some fun. I wanted to have all the women hear, but I only wanted to dance, and possibly make out with a few of them. " What's your name babe." I asked trying to keep it cool.
"Raina." She laughed.
I chuckled. " What's so funny?"
"Never has a guy pulled me away from my friends to dance without an explanations." After she said that I began to panic.
"Um." I cleared my throat." Uh well you don't need an explanation." Oh my gosh what the hell am I doing.
"You know it's okay." She said." What's your name?" She asked.
"Niall." I spun Raina out then back into my arms.
"Woah." She sounded winded.
I smiled. Yes! I yelled in my head.
"Raina." I could hear from a distance.
"Hey I' sorry to cut this thing short, but I really have to go." She apologized. I released her from my arms. She handed me a piece of paper." Give a call when you get chance would you. You seem like a really nice guy." She said before disappearing.
I wasn't going to call her, but I put the piece of paper in my pocket.
I slid through the sweaty drunk group of people to the bar where Levi was. He was checking out a women dancing for him. She barely wore any clothes. Definitely his type of girl.. I sat on a stool next to me.
Levi moved his focus to the girl to me. " Aye bartender." He called out." How about a beer for my buddy here it's his birthday."
"Coming right up." The bartender slid me a pint." Here's one on the house."
"Thanks. " I say lifting the glass to my lips, and drinking.
"You what time it is." Levi asked.
I pulled my phone out of my pocket." Yeah, it's 11:39." I told him.
Levi just laughed." Not that kind of time. It's time to get totally wasted."
That was embarrassing. " I'm down."
"That's my boy. " He smirked. "Bartender let's keep them coming. Were going to be getting wasted.
