I walked in behind my cousin and uncle. I gulp afraid of all their reaction. I shout "IM HOME!!" I swear it was like a family reunion. All my cousins screamed "AMBER!!" And tackled me in hugs making me fall back on my back laughing. A guy held out his hand for me. I took it. I didn't know him. But he was cute. Ill ask about him later. He said "so you must be the famous Amber who ran away from Britain to come here and risk everything" I nodded. He smiled and gave me a hug. He said "welcome home" "thanks." I walked off and screamed "GRANDMA!!!" "AMBER!!!!!" I was surrounded in hugs. I heard one voice I was dying to see. "MOVE OUT OF MY WAY!!" I laughed and my grandma pushed everyone out of the way and hugged me. I laughed. My family has always been really a relaxed bunch since my dad got out in jail but there being really cautious now. I am. 100% of me is on alert at all times. I know he will be in this town so I'm not staying in this town when I do. I already decided I'm staying a hour away. To keep everybody safe. She said "you've changed so much" "I had no choice I had to" "I know dear but that doesn't matter what matters is that your here and safe" I nodded. She said "sooo I got a call earlier.." "And?" "You have a surprise coming in 2 days be prepared you'll more than likely going to be mad but it doesn't matter anymore because I already said ok to it" "what is it" "not telling! You'll see in two days. Oh and you have to tell me about this Paris trip now??" My smile dropped. He did not. No way. Impossible. "How'd be get your number!!!?" She laughed and said "that's the first thing your going to ask me?!" "Yes I wanna know!!" "Well I wanna know why you said no to him!!" "What'd he tell u?!" "He told me about the trip and how you said no and u two got into a fight about it" "I didn't wanna go! His friends are mean" "he also told me that he told his friends no for the pairs trip and it was going to be you, him and his one friend" "ya I know but I don't know them that well!" She shook her head and said "ok I'm done arguing with you" I started laughing. I said to everybody "oh and while I'm here my name is Hannah Milly I come from Minnesota, I'm 19, and both of my parents live in Canada. I'm a family friend and I'm coming for a visit. Ill be moving around a lot also. I won't be in one place for more than 6 hours. And I'm staying a hour away at a different hotel every night" they all nodded. I have this down. "Ok kids go play grown up talk now" they all nodded and ran off giggling, we all sat down and talked. "Don't call me crazy but I think I'm going to find him" there eyes widen. "Why!?" My uncle croaked. "Because he deserves to get a couple things, ill do it on the last day I'm here so he can't try and find me. That is if he doesn't find me first. I won't be able to stay very long in one place in this town because I know he'll figure it out" they all nodded. "And it's common sense. I mean a teenage girl going to a town like this where I happen to be raised in and then ran off and then visiting family that can be a connection somehow to him" "how many days will you be staying?" "I don't know. I'm thinking two months then moving someplace else. Ill contact mom later" just then a knock came from the door. Fear ran through our veins. My blood went cold and no expression was valid on my face. I felt the urge to open the door. I had to. If he's here it's going to be me he hurts and takes not them. I slowly open the door to find a box. Oh thank god! I looked around and couldn't find anybody. Weird. I pick up the box and examine it. It has a note on it. I look at it and then read it


'Nice to have you back. Welcome home. See you around. - ????'


I open the box and I instantly wanted to throw up and throw the box down. It's a box of worms. I didn't hesitate to run out the door. He's after me. He already found out. I get into my car and see that black car there. Shit. He's going to follow me. I don't care I need to get out of there. I start driving off and I see the car following me. It's him. I have no doubt it's him. That's it! I slam on my breaks in the middle of the street. The car stops behind me. I get out my phone and call my mother. She answers and starts freaking out. I tell her calmly "I love you" "what's wrong?" "He found me" I could hear her start to cry. "It's okay mom ill be alright I just thought I'd tell u" "ok baby be careful. Gemma and Anne told me to tell u the same." "Ok I have to go" "ok bye." I hung up. I stuffed my phone back in my pocket. Agh. If this is him. I'm yelling at him. I don't care if he kills me anymore. He is going down. I'm old enough to take care of myself. I drive out of the state with the car still following me. I'm in Washington now. Ill just keep driving until they stop following me. The further they are away from my family the better because that just weird. A black car. Tinted windows. Really creepy. It's a nice car. I have a nice car to. But I know its him because one they keep following me and who else would be stalking me when I've only been in the town for not even two hours. My father happens to be that sneaky, and smart to figure it out that fast. He's clever an so owe what he's doing but I also do. I know if keep driving slamming on breaks. He won't be able to stop and he won't hit me, he'll swerve into the ditch or into another car making a free bird to get away from.


*Brads POV *

"What is she doing?" I mumble to myself.


* Ambers POV *

"Ok you can do this" I looked at my phone which is lighting up. It's Gemma who's calling. I answered it. Still contracting on getting this asshole to stop following me. "Ello?" "Hi Amber!" "Hi how are you?" "Good and you?" "Fine, trying to get my father to stop following me. I'm slamming on the brakes and everything he just don't seem to get that IM GOING TO KICK HIS ASS!!" "OH YA THAT'S RIGHT YOU TELL HIM AMBER! TRASH YOUR CAR IF YOU HAVE TO!! LET HIM HAVE IT ALL!!" she made me happy. I laughed. "Ok I'm going to try this. If I don't answer get ahold of somebody please" "ok I'm ready" I drove really fast and they caught up. In one quick movement. I slammed on the brakes and switched to reverse. Ha Ha they didn't see it coming. I took them by surprise and they swerved missing me. Spinning out I drove off thinking I got rid of them. But little did I know. There was more to come.

When I got to my location where I was staying. I got out of my car and went to the lobby. One more day till I get my 'surprise'. I got my card to my room for the night and walked up to it. I opened my door and went straight for my bed. I laid down and covered up. That's all I remember from then on.


I woke up to my phone ringing. I didn't look at the caller ID I just answered it. "Hello?" "Morning sunshine get up!" My grandmas wonderful voice sung through my ears. "So I heard your father had a little accident while driving" I smirked. "Ya sure. I know how to drive" "sure you do where are you?" "At a hotel still half asleep" "oh ok well ill let you go back to sleep but once to wake up and get up and ready come over. We're having dinner" "ok love u" "love you to" we both hung up. I fell back asleep easily.

I woke up slowly. When I finally opened my eyes I looked at my phone. I had a couple unknown numbers but one just freaked me out. It was blocked. Clever. It was a picture of me sleeping!

I was angered. One that's really creepy how he got into my room, two that's invading my rights, and three who does this?!? That's harassing somebody. Some people are just beyond disgusting. It's horrible. I stood up not bother making the bed or anything. I just stood up grabbed my phone and left with the card in my hand. I ran to the lobby. And placed the card on the counter and walked out to my car. I'm being chased. It doesn't matter where I am or what I'm doing. He's going to find me and be one step ahead of me. I'm tired of running. I'm tired of hiding.

* Harrys POV *

I got a got a text. I smiled when I saw that it was Ambers grandma. She knows. Amber doesn't.

Amber G-Ma: 'hey Harry?'

Me: 'yes?'

Amber G-Ma: 'where are you?'

Me: 'about to board another plane ill be there by 9 am tomorrow. Oh by the way you do know how I look right?'

Amber G-Ma: 'no?'

Me: 'tattoos and piercings'

Amber G-Ma: 'are you friendly?'

Me: 'yes just don't get me really angry or ill have to leave'

Amber G-Ma: 'do u like little kids?'

Me:'Nate says hi and yes I believe so. I play with Nate all the time'

Amber G-Ma: 'I feel like we're getting a dog and your the dog, telling us about yourself'

I laughed. Nate started complaining about being hungry. I said "we'll be on a plane soon enough ok?" "I WANT FOOD!!" God this kid is like Niall. Always complaining about being hungry. "Ok Nate here's the deal. Do you want food or your sissy and grandma more?" "Ummm" "sissy and grandma. No other choice we will get food when get to the airport. End of discussion." He pouted in the back seat. It's just me, and Nate. I'm driving. And Nates complaining and whining. Little to say this trip better be worth it. I managed to get one other ticket . After Nate found out I was going to go get his sister. He threw a fit until I gave in and told him I would take him. I promised their mom I would protect him with my life if it got between me and Brad. I looked to check on Nate because he was silent. He was yawning. We pulled in the airport and he was out. I unbuckled my seat belt and opened my door. I grabbed my phone and car keys put them in my pocket and got out. I shut the door and opened his. I unbuckled him and picked him up. I shut his door. And went to the trunk of my car. I opened it up and got our suitcases out. I shut the trunk and took the keys out and locked it. I stuff my keys back in my pocket and grabbed both suitcases and walked inside. We were a hour early so I walked to Starbucks and smiled. That's where I first saw Amber and now look where I am? I'm carrying her little brother going to her grandmas house. I bought me a coffee and then walked to McDonalds and got him a kids meal. I struggled with our stuff but I finally got it. A couple were staring. It didn't bother me until this blonde came up. "Hi my names Destiny!" "Harry" "British?" Oh duh bitch "yes" "so um my friend over there.." She pointed to a red head "she wanted me to get your number for her" "sorry but I'm taken as you can tell" I pointed to the boy snuggled up on my chest. I lied. "He's yours?" No retard. Do I look that old? I didn't reply. "How old are you?" "18" "how olds he?" I picked him back up and grabbed out stuff. With both hands. "I think we're done talking here. I have a plane to catch" I walked away still carrying the asleep boy. "Wait!!" She caught up to me. I turned around and said "I'm sorry but no I will not give you my number. I'm busy now please leave me alone" god what is wrong with these people!? Ambers not like that at all. Bimbos. I walked off and found another spot. I sat our stuff down and gently shook Nate "Nate it's time to eat" he groaned which made me chuckle "come on Nate wake up or I'm throwing it away and telling your mummy you didn't want to eat" "I'm up" he mumbled against my shoulder. "Come on Nate lets eat so we get on the plane" he nodded and lifted up. He looked up at me. He smiled when he saw the kids meal. "Thank u" "welcome buddy"

He was eating when those two girls came up to us... Again. Oh my god do they ever stop. I mean seriously. It's the third time already. They sat beside us. Ok I can this just don't talk to me please. Nate was eating when the red head asked him "is that good?" He went red and turned away. I laughed. Aww he's shy. He ate facing me.

When he was done. I told him to stay where he was and that I'd throw away the trash. I got up and thrown it away and went back and he was talking to them annoying girls. God. Why Nate why!!? I said picking up the suitcases. "Come on Nate lets go!" "Aww why!?" He whined. "Come on let's to see your sister" " no" what? "Nate listen now. Come on" "no!!" He pouted. I rolled my eyes. I don't have the tolerance to deal with him. "Fine goodbye!" I turned to walk away and walked away slowly. I heard him run to me and yell "WAIT IM HERE IM HERE!!" He took my hand and I bent down. I picked him up and put him on my hip and we took off walking towards the plane.

* Ambers POV *

I drove around for a while before I decided it was time to go back to a hotel. Tomorrow I have to be at their house. I promised I would. I called my grandma. I told her I wasn't coming today but tomorrow I would. She said that was okay. I then searched for a hotel not close but not far away.

I shut my door and turned on the lights. Ahh sleep at last. I had a rough day today. I knew it was going to be hard to so I can't complain. I changed into shorts and a big t shirt. I went down to the lobby and got all copies of my key to make sure no one else will get my key this time. I shut my blinds. I locked my windows and I locked the door. I made sure no one was in the room before I went to bed.

I woke up to shuffling. I froze. My heart stopped. Oh my god. He's here. I looked at the digital clock on the wall it's 11:45 am. I said loudly "if your in here. I want to talk to you. Now. I'm tired of this. I'm going to turn on the light and if you don't show yourself I'm calling the police!!" I shot out of bed and hit the lights. Nobody. Nobody was here. I grabbed my phone, keys, and cards and then left. Fuck it. I give up. He wins. I'm not moving no longer. I need to stand up to him and put him in his place. I think I was paranoid back in hotel room. I just need to calm down and think straight. I need to not let my dad be able to scare me, and let me live in fear of him finding me and taking me. I need to clear my mind before going back into that town.

* Harry's POV *


"Please buckle up we will be landing in 5 minutes" Nate's passed out in the seat and I'm about to. God I'm so tired. I look and check if he has his belt on. When I see that he does; me, being stupid when I'm tired have to check myself if I have mine own myself. I need a nice long day of just sleeping. I don't even know I'm going to say when I get there 'oh hey there Ambers family. I'm here with Nate don't judge me on the way I look please' umm no don't think so. Her grandma said I'm alright as long as I'm nice to everybody and good with the kids. Which I am I think. Great I'm second guessing myself. That's exactly what I need right now. Second guesses. All the things I DO need is sleep, and some Advil or painkiller. My head hurts quite a bit. I think it might be from the lack of sleep. I yawned. I felt the plane start to shake signaling that it was descending down back to planet earth. Nate woke up freaking out. Poor boy he didn't know what was happening. I finally explained to him how a plane works well how it works from the outside world, out of head of technology. When the plane landed he relaxed his tense muscles a little. I helped him get unbuckled after unbuckling myself. I grabbed his hand so we wouldn't get separated and then we walked off the plane.

We were outside. He held go of my hand and I continued walking. I pulled out my keys when I heard a car come zooming bye. I saw Nate standing there. It didn't take me second before I dropped my keys and ran over to Nate. I threw myself in front of the car just in time to tackle Nate down. Missing both of us by a little bit. The car didn't even stop either. Assholes. He started to cry. Everybody was gathered around us forming a circle. Nate was on my lap crying in my chest while I patted his back. We just sat there. Doing nothing until a guy in a suit came up to us. He said "may I have a talk with you sir and this child?" "Sure" I focused my attention down to Nate and said "come on a man wants to talk to us. " I picked him up and he snuggled his face in my neck making my neck wet but it was okay. The man was over at my car. Keep your cool Harry keep your cool. The man said "sorry to bother you but what I just saw...-" "ya I didn't see the car coming and didn't realize he let go of my hand until...-" "i won't try and sugar coat this. I don't think he's in a suitable environment" my mouth dropped. Did he really just say that?! Ohh nobody's holding me back from punching this dude in the face. "First you can talk to his mother, his sister, my mom and my older sister. Second he's not my child. I'm 18 almost 19 he's 6. I'm a adult. And if you are judging me by my appearance you really shouldn't because I may look rude, aggressive, mean and abusive but that's only if you make me angry enough and even when that happens I don't a use people. I don't turn aggressive either." "I think it's best if he came with me" he started grabbing for Nate but Nate swung back behind my legs and I held my hands behind me protecting him. He's not taking Nate away from me. Forget it. "Your not taking him" "sir that's not your descion" "it may not be mine but it is his grandmas, and his mothers!" I got out my phone and dialed his grandmas number. She answered and I told her what happened and what the man was trying to do. She took full responsibility. The man finally let us go. "Asshole..." I mumbled while I got Nate into the car. He walked off. What kind of judgmental country where Amber and Nate born in?! I shut his door and got in myself. We buckled up and I took off. I kept Nate awake as much as possible. Me, I kept awake the whole time and continued to push forward till I get to my destination. Then ill rest if I need to. But I've went the past couple days traveling and it's getting tiring. Very tiring. More than annoying. But we only have 3O more minutes then we are done for a while. I can do this.

* 30 minutes later *

I swear I'm about to fall over. We made it. It's about damn time to! I got our suitcases and picked up Nate. I kicked the doors shut softly. I then walked up to the front door. I sat the suitcases down and used all the energy I had to left to support Nate. A lady opened the door and smiled "you must be Harry" I nodded unable to speak. She stepped aside and let me through. Her grandma had a big nice whose just like me and Ambers. Then people just started coming out from all over. An old lady said "are to tired?" I don't know what I should say "and don't lie to poor old grandma" I chuckled and nodded. "Ya both of us. I haven't slept in three days and I'm about to fall over" "well come on then" "it's okay I can get a hotel" "Get. Your. Ass. In. Here. Now. Harry." Oh my god she already scares me. Never had a woman act like that to me. So dominate. She said "do you two need separate beds?" "No this will perfect. Thank you" "welcome dear get some sleep" she kissed my forehead and Nate's and then left the room. It felt so good to spread out my legs and sleep. Finally.
