Fear

It's been 3 day since i saw him in front of the diner.
After standing there staring at where he was standing, for about 5 minutes straight making Nicole scared to death, i finally snapped out of it and hugged Nicole while sobbing violently making her frightened more.
I knew i did a big mistake when i told Nicole about him, and his warnings didn't go unnoticed, i knew he intended on hurting Nicole, but i couldn't tell her that, because i knew she was going to be worst than me when she found out.
i wouldn't let her be away from me , and i hadn't stopped texting Styles, to the same number he texted me, practically begging him to leave her alone. that i would do whatever he wants if he would just leave her alone, i didn't want to hurt her, i don't want to hurt any one.
but he didn't answer me, not even a simple 'no'. and truthfully that made me more scared.
Nicole was scared, not because she found out, she was scared for me, she kept asking me what happened when she was in the bathroom that made me like this, but i wouldn't answer her.
i know i'm the most selfish, worst person on the planet and i hate myself for doing this, but i know if Nicole found out, others will as well, and i know Styles wouldn't hesitate to hurt them as well, or worst, kill them.
even thinking about it made me cold to the bone.
i hated him.
i hated him so much.
"Ro, you're scaring me"
we, as in me and Nicole, were lying on my bed, both of us hugging each other, i may have known her for a short amount of time, but i know i can trust her, she's the opposite of me, and i think thats what makes us so good friends, maybe even best friends, i've had other friends but Nicole is really different, i know i can trust her with my life, i know i can depend on her, she's been my everything when she found out about my parents, she's been acting like a mother, and even a sister for me, she didn't want me to feel sad, of course i did, but knowing that she cares enough to be there for me, to know that i have some one in my life that's going to be there for me, it helped me a lot.
i don't deserve her.
"Ro please stop crying, it's hurting me to see you like this, you're going to be ok, i won't let him hurt you, please, what did he really do to you?"
she mumbled the last part to herself, i hugged her tighter not wanting to talk about it, so i asked:
"Is you're sister ok with you staying here?"
"yeah, she's on a trip with her boyfriend any way"
"Nicole?"
"yup rosie?"
"you know i...i care about you a lot right?"
"yeah?"
"nothing i just wanted to tell you you're my first best friend that i like"
she chuckled and said:
"yeah well you're the first girl i've seen that i only want to strangle to death once a week"
i giggled and sniffed while saying:
"i'm flattered"
"yeah well we have to get up soon tomorrow and i need my beauty sleep Rosie, night BFF"
i couldn't help but lough out loud at that because it was unlike Nicole to say BFF.
we both turned around and i closed my eyes being determined i wouldn't let anything happen to her. no matter what, she's my first close friend, and i realized that i love her just like my sister.

"get your ass up Edwards!"
"Shut up Nicole!"
a pillow contacted with my face making me sit up and yell:
"what was that for?!"
Nicole smirked shrugging:
"i always wanted to do that, and there's no way in hell i'm being late because of you again"
i groaned running a hand through my hair saying:
"fine,i'm up"
i stood up noticing she's already dressed,
"how the hell can you be in such a good mood at 6 in the fucking morning?"
Nicole quirked an eyebrow saying:
"i'm rubbing of on you, it's weird to hear you swear so casually, and to answer your question i always were a morning person"
i rolled my eyes saying:
"lovely"
she shook her head walking out saying:
"just hurry up Edwards"
i shouted behind her:
"stop calling me by my family name it's weird"
she shouted back from out of my room:
"I will cal you what ever the hell i want Edwards"
i chuckled at her.
i almost forgot about Styles, almost.
he ruined my life and he hasn't even done anything yet.
after getting ready i grabbed my phone and dropped it in to my bag not bothering to check it, i actually made an effort to look good today.
i walked downstairs to be met with only Nicole,i asked:
"where is granny?"
she looked up from he bowl and looked me up and down before giving me thumbs up and said:
"she was tired so i told her to sleep and you look good, where did you get that peplum top? i love it!"
i looked down at my black top, it wasn't anything special.
"you can borrow it when ever you want"
she lit up and said:
"thank you!"
i resisted the urge to roll my eyes, she get so happy at the silliest things.
i grabbed an apple not really feeling hungry and she said:
"ready to go?"
"yup, i'll eat this apple on the way"
we both got out of the house hooking our hands, and walking while i munched on my apple, some where in the way we started singing Tik tok by Kesha somehow, and my voice sounded ridiculous because i was eating and Nicole was practically screaming. we kept laughing.
"you know you're going to wake the whole neighbor hood up with you're awful glass shattering voices"
i turned around and saw Jeff walking towards us and looked at Nicole, we both smirked mischievously and i threw the apple in the trashcan before we both ran to him and jumped on him making him fall back down on his back and screaming the song in his ears.
we were laughing our asses out and i loved every second of it, we were happy, i was happy.
and i didn't think about him at all.
an elderly woman was passing us and i saw her smile at us and shake her head like she was remembering something.
finally we stood up with Jeff groaning and holding his back and butt saying:
"damn you both weight a lot, my ass hurts"
i couldn't help but giggle at him, Nicole started the easing saying:
"you sure it's because of the fall, or did some one shove their-"
i yelled:
"ok! no need to go in to details"
Nicole chuckle and Jeff rolled his eyes saying:
"First of all Fuck you Nicole, and secondly i always top"
Nicole acted like she was throwing up and i kept giggling like mad.
Finally we reached the Coffee shop and my stomach was hurting from laughing at Nicole and Jeff.
i was lost in my own world, so i didn't notice the british man sitting on a bench with a journal on his lap and pen in his hand, staring at me the whole time, smiling every time i laughed out loud,
i didn't notice him writing in his Journal before closing it and tucking it inside his coat safely,
i didn't notice the single tear that left his eyes for a second, but it was so small it didn't even reach his cheek before disappearing, once again taking the only evidence that this man, although unbelievable, has feelings somewhere trapped inside of the walls he builds.
he's just waiting for some one to care enough to break them down.


Third persons POV (Surprise!)

He stood up from the bench looking around him to see if any one was around, he knew there was no reason to be careful, but it was out of instinct, he was at a war himself debating if he should go in to that coffee shop or not, to go and see the only girl who sparked up something inside of him, for the first time in a very long time, he actually wanted to know some one, he wanted to be a part of their life and wanted them to be a part of his life.
a part of him was scolding himself badly because he was Harry Styles, Harry styles doesn't get scared of any one or anything, specially not a girl.
he sighed rubbing his face because he was tired, well maybe because he hadn't slept more than 2 hours in the past 3 days, and he was exhausted.
He didn't know what her reaction would be, maybe she would scream when she saw her or maybe she would run away, both not really smart choices, but she had proved him that she was smarter than that.
oh to hell with it, what's the worst thing that could happen?
he started walking towards the coffee shop wanting to see the girl who was on his mind since he met him, reaching the coffee shops door looking through it, she was sitting behind the cashier talking with her friend Nicole, she was a pretty good friend for her, and he knew it was a pretty dick move for him to threat to kill her, but he had no choice, he couldn't risk her telling anybody else, he was glad she didn't tell Nicole anything about it, she once again proved she was smarter than he assumed.
she had a smile on her face and she burst out laughing at something Nicole was saying, and he found himself smiling at the way she laughed, and he felt something, it wasn't much, just a little emotion he couldn't detect somewhere inside of him.
that was enough to stop him from opening the door, he has came a long way to be where he is, and he knows he's strong now, and nothing can stop him, so why would he throw that all away because of a girl? he knows if he starts feeling again he would be weak, and weak means pathetic, he hated being pathetic.
without a second thought he turned around walking back from the way he came towards his car.
but what he didn't know was that Rose saw him.
and she was crazy enough to run outside after him, not before begging Nicole to stay inside.
She didn't know why, she should be running away not after him, but when she saw his face, he was so vulnerable, she was sure she saw something in his face before it turned to....fear and panic and he turned around.
she needed to talk to him, she would do anything to make him not hurt Nicole and this was the only way.
he stopped in front of his car when he heard footsteps following him and turned around suddenly, causing Rose to crash in to him, making her fall in to his arms, looking up at him with a mouth wide open not knowing what to do, but what amazed her more was that he was looking at her with wide eyes and a shocked face as well, something a lot different than the cold numb face he always has.
She saw his eyes go to her lips for a second and she couldn't help but do the same, noticing how plump and full they looked, and suddenly he seemed so kissable.
a voice was screaming for her to turn around and run away, that his a murderer! that he's going to hurt you! that he kidnapped you!
but it was like she was in a trance and the only thing she could see was him, she saw it in his eyes that he wanted to kiss her too, and when he leaned in a little she was sure he wanted to kiss her.

I'm evil i know but i was looking to put a cliff hanger somewhere, so there you go :D you guys hate me don't you?
