"No you don't."
"I really do," Niall said, keeping his eyes on Clarity as he reached down to her lower arm. Niall grabbed it and tried to yank the sleeve up, but Clarity kept a firm grip on the edges, making it almost impossible to.
"Stop," Clarity commanded. Niall leaned in to her ear.
"I'll show you mine if you show me yours," he whispered, sending shivers down her back. Clarity stared at him, bewildered.
"Y-you..." She started.
"Yes," Niall said, a little less confidently.
"B-but the-"
"It doesn't infect it," Niall interrupted. Clarity stared at her concealed arm, second guessing herself. What if Niall was lying to her? Finally, Clarity shove her sleeve up, making sure no one but Niall was watching.
"Bloody hell, Clarity," he whispered. "Mine aren't as many as those." Clarity rolled her eyes.
"Y-yet you still d-do it," She reminded him, scared of another outburst from the boy. Niall hung his head and have his forearm to Clarity, leaving her to roll up his sleeve.
