A Love Story

I woke up to the annoying sound of my alarm. Ugh Monday, I got up and ran my fingers through my blonde curly hair while walking to the bathroom to wash up. When I came out of the bathroom I glanced at the clock,
"7:50! I have to be in school by 8:00!
I dug through my closet for something to wear, I finally settled on a white lace shirt with black skinny jeans. I ran down stairs to get something to eat before leaving
"Honey your going to be late!" my mom said while flipping an omelet.

"I know! I lost track of time!"

"Do you want an omelet to go?"

"No thanks mom." I laughed planting a kiss on her cheek.

"Ok bye! Have fun!"

"Bye!" I grabbed a banana and hurried out the door.

School was only two blocks away so I walk.

"Katie! Wait up!" This voice seemed to familiar. When I turned around I saw Harry.

"Harry!" I ran up to him and hugged him tight.

Harry POV.

"Harry!" I heard Katie squeal. She ran up to me and gave me the best hug ever! I knew to her we were only friends, but she meant so much more to me.

"We are late!" she said releasing me from one of the best hugs I had ever gotten.

"We are always late! I laughed.

I walked her to her first period and said "I'll wait by your locker so we can walk to the bakery together." I gave her a wink and hurried to my class.

Katie's POV.

I smiled at the sight of his curls bouncing as he jogged to his class. This was the first time I had ever had a feeling that I might like him more than a friend. No! I can't let myself fall in love with him. We knew each other for 3 years, we're practically best friends!

When the last bell rang to release us, I saw Harry right where he said he would be.

"Hey love, you ready to go to work?" He said smiling.

"I'm going to be with you, of course I am!" I said smiling back. And we walked to the bakery in silence.

Harry POV.

"I'm going to be with you, of course I am!"
My heart skipped a beat when the words came out of her mouth. It took all the strength in my body not to just kiss her. I didn't know what to say so I just started our trip to the bakery.

When we got to the bakery I herd Marley, the sweet old lady who runs the bakery, come to greet us.

"Oh it's my two favorite kids In the world! Come on go get you're aprons on its been a busy day!"
