50 Ways To Say Goodbye

Jordan
*flashback*
This was it. The day I had been waiting for. My high school graduation. We were seated in alphabetical order, so I was far from Lauren and not close to many of my friends. There was this one girl that I had sort of been friends with freshman year, but we weren't that close now. So, being the social butterfly I am, I didn't say a word. Minus a congratulations when she sat back down. I was only like the twlelth person to go, seeing as how I was Ca. There aren't that many Cs when you think about it.
"Jordan Caudell," the superintendent called. I dutifully walked up to the stage, one that I used to think was going to be mine one day, but sadly, swimming took over.
I smiled as I had been told at rehearsals and listened to the assistant principal drone on about my accomplishments and what I'd decided to major in and the college I had picked. University of Cincinnati and I was going to major in Music Education. I could always change my mind if I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought; my parents could afford it. Finally, I shook hands with the principals and accepted the certificates handed to me.
I walked down the stage and started to pay attention to my outfit. My long blonde hair had been curled in a way I actually liked, and my red cap and gown looked stunning in the bright lights.
After sitting down, I zoned out, occasionally cheering for my numerous friends, and watching Lauren when the time came. The same went for her, and I only paid attention to a few of my friends after her.

Lauren
Jordan had been at my side since we threw off our caps. Harry and Niall had come too, and they were being introduced to our numerous friends. All our friends knew how much we had obsessed over them, and they knew this was a huge deal.
"I'm so proud of you girls," my mother purred.
"Very proud!" My father beamed.
"I just can't get over the fact that you'll be leaving us in a few months!" Mrs. Caudell cried. A few silent tears began to trickle down her face.
An hour later, we had said goodbye to nearly everyone but Adam and Ben. They would be the hardest to say goodbye too.
"I think I see them!" Jordan whispered. "Follow me!"
We walked through swarms if people until they were right in front of us. They were talking to a man who looked important, like a college dean maybe.
As soon as they saw us, they excused themselves from the conversation and sauntered over.
We hadn't seen them in a few days.
"How are you guys?" Jordan asked, hugging both of them individually.
"We're great how are you?" Adam answered.
"Wonderful!" I smiled as I have them hugs too.
