There's Someone Always Watching

Niall's POV

She's been around only Harry and Liam. She won't look at me, speak to me, or even say my name. I know it's because of Barbara. Why wouldn't it be?

I see Liam walking down the hallway, and I rush to him. "Mate, have you seen Tess?"

"Erm, yeah. She's with Harry in her room. You know where it is," he says. I nod and start walking, but he calls after me. "Niall, she's been through a lot. Don't do what you're doing to her." After he says that he walks away.

I start walking again, thinking about what Liam said. Been through a lot? What does that mean?

I finally get to Tessa's room. Harry and her have been best friends forever, as far as I know. There's a possibility that Harry might have feelings for her, almost as strong as the ones I have for Tessa. But her and I are soulmates, not Harry and her.

I hope I don't need to knock.

I suddenly thrust the door open, but quietly. I saw Tessa...

but not really. I saw the back of her head, and someone's hand on her neck. I gasped.

"Harry?!"
