The Creep Around the Block

SI gasped. Everyone in my living room turned and looked up from Liam's unconscious body on the floor. I ran over to him. His nose was cracked, bleeding and his lip had a cut. HAHA, KARMA. DON'T THINK LIKE THAT, LIAM IS A NICE GUY. NO HE ISN'T, YOU KNOW THAT. I had a war in my head. Liam hurt me last night, and his words hurt this morning, did he deserve to get knocked out by raging Zayn? YEP.

I started giggling at a word that I thought would describe Liam. I looked up to Zayn and broke out in a full laugh. Everyone else was staring at me like I killed a guy. I'm laughing at my ex laying on the floor, knocked out!

I stood up and looked everyone in the eye. "Liam's a dicksquirrel."

"Is that why you're laughing like a maniac? The word dicksquirrel?" Zayn asked me, giggling himself with his eyebrow raised.

"Yup!!!" I cheerfully sang, popping the P.

"You're such a child, Sam," Harry said and the room burst out laughing. Louis and Niall picked Liam up off of the floor and sat him on the chair in the corner of the room.

"Zayn and I should leave, I don't think it would be good for Liam to wake up with both of us in here," I informed and took Zayn's hand, leading him out of my apartment.

I pulled him into the elevator and out of the building, to where my minivan was parked. I dropped his hand and walked over to the sight in front of me.

There was a note taped to the hood of the car.

"Dear Samantha, Zayn, Kaitlynn, Jessica, Liam, Niall, Julia, and Louis, You thought you could get away. You're wrong!!! I'm behind you at all times, lurking in you're shadows, watching you're every move. Samantha, I saw what you and my buddy Zane did last night, and I saw Zayn punch Liam a bit ago. I'm watching you when you go to the store, café, park, club. Watch your back, or you could say... WATCH ME! IM ALWAYS THERE!"

I read the note out loud to Zayn. He gasped as did I and we ran back to the apartment.

I burst in the door, Zayn behind me. Liam was conscious again and had a tissue held to his nose. When he saw Zayn enter he went crazy.

"You! I swear, when I get my nose to quit bleeding, you better run like a motherfuc-!" Liam was cut off by myself.

"Boohoo, we have bigger problems," I said holding the note in his face.

I read it out loud. Jessica gasped, this was the first she's heard of the creep other than when he attempted kidnapping me.

"I-I thought he was gone," Kaitlynn began to shake with fear.

"Can I see that, sis?" Niall asked. I nodded and handed him the note.

"It says 'My friend, Zane,' so it means Zane is working with this guy, and he was playing with you to get here." Niall concluded. I sighed, Zane didn't actually like me. WHAT ARE YOU SAD ABOUT, HE'S WORKING AGAINST YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!!!

"So lets think. The guy who's behind this knew Harry before, knows Zane, and is always here. Harry, did Zane look familiar?" Louis asked the curly haired boy. Harry nodded.

"I believe he dated my sister a while back, say... A month before I left..." Harry put piece with piece and it hit us.

Harry's sister knows Zane.

"Harry, call you're sister and put it on speaker, we all need to speak with her." I commanded. He did as told and dialed the number while I searched for the other piece of evidence. The first note. I got into my secret box under my bed and brought it out onto the bed, but I heard someone walk in behind me. I quickly through myself over the box and concealed everything from... Zayn.

"Hi," I said nonchalantly.

"Hey, what's that?" he raised his eyebrow.

"oh..uh..umm.. Nothing," Nice, Samantha, nice.
"What are you hiding? You can trust me," he walked closer as I flailed my body, trying to keep the secret box hidden.

He picked me up and placed me next to the box, looking at all the pictures from my past.

All the pictures I took of my scars, my pictures of my mom and dad's funerals, the pictures of my mother that I scratched out when I was upset about her leaving us like that.

"Sammy bear, what is this?" his voice cracked and he looked into my eyes.
"This... This is the secret that only Liam, Niall, me, and now you know," I inhaled and exhaled slowly, shaking and a tear rolled down my cheek.

"I'll explain later, we gotta get back to the guys," I picked up the first note and walked out, Zayn standing behind me, letting the information set in.

"hello?" a voice on the other side of the phone said.

"Gemma? Listen, we need some information," Harry informed.

"We? Who else is there?"

"Hi!!!" a chorus of hellos went off as Zayn walked into the living room.

I decided to speak up, even though my voice was still weak, "Hi, it's Samantha, Kaitlynn, Julia, Jessica, Louis, Niall, Liam, Zayn, and Harry,"

"Oh, I've heard so much about you guys, especially you Sam, Harry kept going on and on that first night about how beautiful and nice and funny and sexy a-"

"NOT THE POINT," Harry's face went red with embarrassment and I blushed. "We need info on Zane, not the one here, but your ex."

"What do you want to know?" Gemma asked.

"We need to know who he's friends with, specific detail about each of them." Liam confirmed.

Gemma paused for a moment then began to name off people she knew that Zane was friends with.

"Thank you so much for that, Gemma, it means a lot," I said.

"You're very welcome, Sam, if I can call you that," she said.

"Of course you can!"

"Alright, buhbye."

"Bye!" we all bid goodbye and hung up.

"Sexy?" I laughed. Harry blushed at his embarrassing sister
