Truth or Dare

I really didn't know how to tell him how I felt. I look into his eyes and he smiles a sweet smile. The kind of smile that made my heart melt right into him. "I...I think I'm in love with you." The words just slipped out of my mouth and I couldn't take them back and hide them in my heart anymore. "Rayne... I thought you would never say it." He says. My eyes widen and I look up at him. "I've been in love with you ever since we met when we were little. Although when we were little we didn't know what love is, I knew I was experiencing it. And now I can finally come out and say everything that I have been holding in my heart. I love you Rayne... And I never want to let you go. I want you to be mine forever."

I look over his shoulder as we hug and see Eliza and Faith looking at us as if the Romance movie had just gotten emotional.

"Liam... I love you too. You mean everything to me. I want you to hold me and kiss me and hug me. I want you to love me and I want to feel your warm embrace every time I go to sleep. I want to feel your warmth beside me in bed and know that no matter what I'll be safe. I love you so much... Please don't leave me." Liam smiles and leans in toward me. He places a soft kiss on my lips and I could feel the warmth from his lips flowing through my body. I didn't want this you end.

The next day, I woke up in my bed and looked over at the clock. It was about 8:30 in the morning. I got up and put all over my songs on shuffle so I could get ready for the day. I went into my closet and picked out an outfit. When I walked out of my room, I saw Liam sitting on the couch eating my lucky charms.

"Really Li... Eating me lucky charms again?" I say in an Irish accent. He laughs and looks up at me. "You need to stop hanging out with Niall... Your starting ri sound like him." He holds the box out to me and I sit down next to him.

" soooooo... Are we official?" Liam asks. I look at him confused. "Huh?" "Are we officially dating now?" He asks again. "Um... I don't know Liam... You never actually asked me out." I smile, eatimg another handfull of lucky charms. "Well in that case... Rayne would you like to be my girlfriend?"

I pause for a.second as if I were thinking. "Hmmmm..." I joke. "Do you really have to think?" He asks. I laugh and lightly push his shoulder. He laughs and wraps his arm around my waist. I love the feeling of his arms around me. "I guess the odds are in your favor." I say. "What's that supposed to mean?" He asks. "That means yes."
