I pulled on a hoodie, sliding my glasses in and looking over at Mer. "I really like how your trying to look like you didn't try. Adorable." She smirked and I rolled my eyes. "Would you let it go, Meredith? I don't like him" I tugged in my shoes, angry. "We'll then why are you so mad?" She laughed, following me outside. I locked the door behind me, walking to my Mazda 6.
I started my car, quickly driving off. "I am mad because I have a boyfriend and I had to explain to him why I was going to a concert with my ex and it wasn't a date"
"You don't have to explain yourself to him, Maci" She rolled her eyes. Fixing her seatbelt. "I kinda do, he's my boyfriend" I laughed sarcastically and she started out the window. "I don't know why you like Niall so much, he has a girlfriend ya know" I looked over and her and she gave me a look.
"You honestly believe he is dating Amy?" She laughed and I nodded. "Your so naive" "Why is that?" I asked, shocked and she shook her head.
"You can't believe everything you read in the magazines" I found a parking spot and we got out, giving the ticket guy our tickets.
I could hear the opening act already going as we entered the arena, going backstage.
"I can not believe we are meeting Ed freaking Sheeran" She jumped up and down, dancing and I laughed at her. I texted Niall telling him to meet us out here cause we had no idea where to go.
I saw hhis blonde hair come into sight and we walked towards him. "Niall! Oh my god! I love you" Mer shrieked running and hugging him. He laughed, hugging her tightly. I felt my stomach ddrop at the sight. I convinced myself I wasn't jealous and moved my hair out of my face.
"Maci" He walked over to me , wrapping his arms around my shoulders. I wrapped my arms around his small torso, I felt like I was back in my bed, wrapped up In his arms when I smelt his distinct cologne. I pulled away from his smiling up at him. He smiled back at me scrunching up his nose.
"You got your braces off?" I exclaimed and he ran his tongue over his teeth nodding. "Did you get them off today?" I asked as we started walking backstage. "Yeah, about 10 this morning" He smiled, slinging his arm around my shoulder. Mer was ahead of us, still jumping around from excitement.
Niall and I laughed at her and talked about everything that had been happening with One Direction. "We're on a break right now, just for a year, ya know?" He said sounding sad. "Like a band break or tour break?" I asked. "We're just not going to be promoting or doing interviews for this year, or a tour" I nodded, becoming quiet as I heard Ed rehearsing.
Mer turned around, doing a dance and pulling me with her. I froze up, pulling her back. "I can't do this Mer! You know how I get around celebrity's! I freeze up like a statue" I freaked as Niall passed by us. "Come on you guys" Niall grabbed Mer's hand, pulling her inside to Ed I stared into the room and Niall motioned for me to come In. But I shook my head. He looked back at Ed before coming out to get me.
"What's wrong?" "I can't go In their" I whisper shouted and he looked in the room to Ed and Mer already hitting it off. "I freeze up an I stutter and I sweat" "Just act like it me and the guys " He shrugged and I was already starting to sweat. "C'mon, Mace" He grabbed my hand sending a shock through my hand, making us pull away from eachother. "Sorry" we mumbled at the same time.
