Anything Can Happen

Mitchie's POV

I was in the same position that was 10 minutes ago. I can't believe I did that. I said the most horrible thing to her. To the person who raised me and made me into the person I am. I can't even look at myself. I felt Harry's arm around me hugging me tightly.

''Hey its okay you didn't do anything wrong.'' He mumbled.

As soon as he said that I felt the tears start to come. The throbbing from my cheek didn't nearly hurt as much as the pain I have inside.

Without saying a word I got up and started walking towards the door. But before I could even make it out side Harry grabbed my wrist and turned my body to face him.

''Where do you think you're going?'' He asked.

''Let me go I..I I need to go I need to be alone.'' I demanded. And before he could even speak I was already half way down the lawn.

I don't know where I'm going but I need to get away for awhile. I found myself walking down the street passing a few houses and that's when I remembered, There was a small club house me and Jo use to go to when I was younger. So after passing a few more homes and a church I went towards a small field. After a few steps I could already see the little club house towards the end. This place brings back so many memories. As I walked in I searched for the light switch and lucky enough the lights still worked.

It was a bit colder only because it had started raining. And I didn't grab a sweater. I really don't get this weather, its sunny one day and the next it's just terrible. Anyways I made my way to the corner and sat there. I brought my knees to my chest and before I wrapped my arms around them I checked my pockets and luckily I had my ipod there. I plugged in the earphone and searched for the song I always listen to when I feel this way. Soon enough I wrapped my arms around my legs and the music started playing.

By now I'm in tears. I don't remember crying this much. Ever since I was 8 I forced myself not too cry and today is the day I let everything out. I hurt the must important person in my life. She has been there for me when I needed protection from my mom or my step-dad. Ugh just thinking about it brings back so many memories.

''C'mon Chy its your turn to be it.'' Jojo said.

''Okay okay fine but I'm good with counting member?'' I said honestly.

''It's fine. Okay readddddddddyyy...GO!''

I turned around and face the wall I could hear her run through the apartment. I started counting to 10 since I was just really too lazy to count to 30. I turned around and began my search. I looked in the kitchen, bathroom, living room. The only places left are our room and mother's room. As I past through the hall I knew she wouldn't be in mother's because I heard start screaming to my step-dad. As I was about too leave from there the door opened and I could see his face was red and had a few scratches on his neck.

''WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU LOOKING AT YOU STUPID BITCH!'' He screamed. I didn't answer cause I knew if I did it'll go even more worst for me.

''What! Cat got your tongue?'' I still didn't answer so he decided to push me down and kicked me a few times on my stomach. I was only 6 and I didn't cry all I did was let a few wimps out. I knew that if I did cry he would stop until I have no tears whats so ever. As I was slowly blacking out I heard my mother walk out of her room and pushed him. As much as I wished she did it for me I knew she only did it to continue fighting with him.

''What's your fucking problem! I know you fucking cheated you stupid bitch!'' I heard her scream.

''What do you want from me Aracely!''
''You know damn well what I want pendejo(Stupid)!'' She spat.
''Give me your phone if you say you didn't cheat.'' She demanded.

He must have said no because I saw her push him against the wall and screaming at him to get the fuck out of this house.
My eyes were slowly closing and the last thing I saw was Jo's feet coming towards me.

I still have nightmares in the night. I can't believe my mom stayed with that fucker even after that thing he did to me. He ruined my life and that's a part of me I will never get back.

I feel so ashamed of myself. I said something to her that never in my life I would say. She is my mother. She raised me, she watched over me, she saved me. She saved from something I still haven't gotten over with. She is my rock when I loose my sanity. She is my life and I just said the most hurtful things to her.

*Harry's POV*

It's been 3 hours and she hasn't returned. I've tried calling her and no answer. Well maybe because after the 3 calls I mad to her I realized she left her phone here. Great now how am I going to find her? It started raining and she didn't even take a jacket. I should've followed her. I already called all our friends and asked if they've seen her but no luck. They had insisted to go look for her but I'm sure she would hate me if we did so I told them that it's fine. Ugh that's it I'mma go look for her. Yeah that sounds good. I got up from her bed and made my way to the hall way before making it downstairs Johanna's door opened.

''Hey umm Where's Chy?'' She asked

''Who?'' I asked confused.

''I mean Michelle?''

''Oh um she took off about 3 hours ago and she hasn't returned yet.'' I said.

After aa few minutes of silence she spoke.

''How bout you wait back in her room and I'll go get her. I have and Idea where she might be and I think its best that I go.'' She said and I nodded. She went back into her room and I made my way back to Mitchie's room. Hmm I wonder why she called her 'Chy'.

**Jojo's POV**

After Harry told me she had left I knew where she might be. I went back to my room to grab a sweater and an extra one just in case. I headed downstairs and grabbed my car keys and made my way too my car. As stepped outside It wasn't raining as much as earlier but it was still sprinkling a little.

I made my way down the familiar street. Passing all the houses and the church. Finally stopping in front of the field. I parked my car and grabbed the sweater and got off my car. The fresh air hit me and man did it smell good. The air was somewhat cold but a lot more refreshing. Like the rain just washed all the bad from the earth. I made my way to the small club house.

I turned the knob and of course it was open cause she knew I'll come looking for her just like when we were little. I looked around and spotted her in the usual spot. She was against the wall with her knees touching her chest, her arms wrapping her body for warmth. I knelled in front of her and hugged her as tight as I can.

''I..I'm s-s-s-so s-s-sorry.''

*Mitchie's POV*

''I..I'm s-s-s-so s-s-sorry.'' I said through my tears.

''Shhhh baby sis don't cry.'' She said.

''I didn't m-mean it I s-swear I was just mad.''

''Look Chy I know you didn't mean it. You mean the world to me and you know I will did for you. You are all I got right now and I'm not going to loose you over a stupid little fight. Nor will I hate you. You're always going to be my annoying little brat okay? I don't like to see you cry it breaks my heart and I can't stand it!''

''Chy? You haven't called me that in a while. And Jo I know I messed up . You know I would never say that don't you? I didn't mean it. You are my mother as weird as that sounds you are and I'm glad. You gave up the most important things in your life just to watch over me. You fed me, showered me, cleaned up my mess, tucked me in, be there when I needed someone. You just gave me everything a mother had to give to a child and the plus side it that you are also my sister so that's even better. And I swear I'll repay you back for everything.'' I let out almost running out of breath.

By the time I looked up to her, her eyes were glassy and quiet.

''Did I say something wrong?'' I asked.

She nodded and stood up.

''Say something Jo please.''

''Chy I don't want you to pay me back. I didn't do it so you can repay me I did because I love you. I would go through the most dangerous things in this world to see you happy. You deserve it more than anyone in this world. And forget what you said I already know you said it out of spite. Oh baby sis there's nothing more that I want than having you in my life. You are my only family and I'm not gonna stop loving you just over a silly fight if anything it was my fault as well. I wanna see you graduate become someone in life. Imma be by your side till the end of the world. I'll always pull you aside when somethings not right. It's you and I till the end kiddo. Don't ever forget that.''

I got up and hugged her so tight I'm pretty sure she couldn't breathe.

''Thank you big sis, you mean the world to me.''

''Yea yea I know I'm awesome now lets go clean you up.''

''Ugh I bet I look like a raccoon.'' I laughed.

''Would it help if I told you that you look like a non rabid raccoon?'' She said.

''No! well kinda.. Just cause you still look good huh?'' I mumbled.

''Of course!'' She chirped.

''Someone's cocky?'' I giggled

''Cocky no? Confident yes.''

I couldn't help but laugh. God I love this girl.
We headed to the car and it wasn't raining anymore.

I waited for her to unlock the door and got in.

''Oh yea I'm pretty sure Harry's still waiting for you.'' She said

Shit I forgot I left him in the room.
