"Are you guys doing anything tonight?" Derek asks.
"Probably a sleepover at our house," Lucy says. Sometimes when we have sleepovers at Lucy's, Derek will hang out and talk for like an hour.
"Cool," Derek says, "Teddy's throwing another rager tonight if you want to come."
"No thanks," Cat says. We never really go to Teddy's parties anyways.
"Well after the party, Teddy, Trevor and I might go to the beach," Derek says.
"No," Lucy says, "we don't want to go."
"Why not?" I ask.
"Yeah," Natalie agrees, "it'd be fun!"
"Maybe," Lucy says.
"Kay," Brooke says, "we might be hanging with the guys, though."
"You can hang with them when we're at Teddy's," Trevor says.
It's so weird they want to hang out with us. I mean, we hang out sometimes at Lucy's and talk by the pool, but they're going to take us out.
"So what time should we meet you at home for the beach?" I ask.
"Late," Derek says, "we'll have to sneak out."
"Oh god," Lucy says.
"C'mon," I say, "I've wanted to sneak out all summer and now we get the chance."
"Yeah," Natalie says, "we'll have fun."
"I'm leaving tomorrow morning so it's my last night, Lucy," Derek says. He and Trevor don't stay for the whole summer.
"Fine," Lucy says.
"Kay see you later," Derek says.
"Maybe," Lucy says.
"Ughh," Brooke sighs.
Derek and Trevor walk away.
We all go to the beach where Harry, Brandon, Clayton and Cameron are.
"Do you guys want to hang tonight?" Lucy asks.
"Sure," Cameron says.
"Yeah we probably can," Brandon says.
"You going?" Harry asks me.
"Yeah," I smile.
"Soccer field at 8:30!" Lucy says.
Later, Cat and I bike home. We swim in the pool, then shower. When I get out of the shower, its 6. I put on my pink sundress.
Cat comes out of the shower.
"That's cute! I'm going to get dressed," she says.
She comes out in a little floral sundress.
"Lucy said to come over at 7," I say.
"Kay," Cat says, "oh my god, are you wearing a push-up bra?"
I laugh, "it's not that big of a deal."
"Are you trying to impress Brandon or Harry?" she laughs, "or Derek?"
"Noo," I say, "First of all, Harry is my best friend. Second of all, Derek? He's hot but... no way."
"Okay," she laughs.
I put some makeup on and we bike to Lucy's. Lucy, Cat, Natalie, Brooke and I hang out there until 8:30. We start biking to the soccer field. When we arrive, we hop off our bikes, and Brandon and Clayton are already there.
"Harry's on his way," Clayton says.
We all go sit on the deck of the clubhouse, waiting for Harry and Cameron. Harry comes over and sits next to me.
"I've been chilling in my fort since I left the beach," he says.
I'm cracking up, when Cameron walks over.
"Guys," Cameron says, "we can't scream or anything because at the other end of the club there's a party for the parents."
"Kay," I say, looking at something in his pockets, "what's in your pocket?"
Cameron walks over to his bike and takes soda cans out of his basket and takes 2 more out of his pocket. He hands one to me. Bud Light.
"Cameron!" I say.
Everyone looks over and sees the beer. Everyone takes some.
"Don't drink so much," Cameron says to me.
"Yeah, Bella," Harry says.
Everyone starts walking out to the field. We all sit in a circle near the soccer goal.
"Why?" I pout. They're treating me like a little kid. Everyone is having as much as they want.
"Because you're a little person," Cameron says, "you'll get tipsy and drunk easily."
I roll my eyes. Everyones just talking. I'm sitting next to Harry. He watches me open my beer. I take it to my mouth, and start to chug it.
"Whoaa!" Harry says, grabbing my beer.
"Ugh, Haz," I complain.
"Stopit, Bella," Harry says, "I don't want you getting all tipsy."
We all talk for a while. I stand up.
"I dare someone to run through the sprinklers in their bra and underwear," I say.
"You do it!" Harry says.
I laugh, "okay!" I take off my dress. I run through the sprinklers. Everyone watches, then Cameron takes off his clothes and runs through with his boxers. Everyone takes off their clothes and runs through. When we're tired, we all lay down on the grass. Everyone lies on someone else's stomach. I lay on Cameron's stomach, and Natalie lays on my stomach. Cameron stretches out his arms and touches my stomach. His fingers brush over my ribs. He sits up, and looks at me.
"God, Bella you're really thin," Cameron says, "you should gain some weight."
I close my eyes. I don't say anything. I hear someone else sit up.
"That's really rude, Cameron," Harry says.
"Stay out of it, Haz," I say.
"Sorry Bella," Cameron says.
"It's okay."
I see something out of the corner of my eye. I sit up. I see a flashlight near the playground.
"Shit!" I say.
"What?" Harry looks toward the flashlight, "oh my god."
"Run," Clayton says.
We all stand up as quietly as we can. We still are only in our bras and underwear. We start to quietly run toward our bikes when a light shines directly on Lucy, as she is saying, "Where's my shirt?"
The man with a flashlight yells, "How old are you guys?!"
"17," Cameron lies.
"What're you doing here with a bunch of girls with their shirts off?" he yells at Cameron.
"We were just running around in the sprinklers..." Cameron says.
We all run to our bikes and bike away.
"Stay out!" the man yells behind us, "This is trespassing!"
We bike as fast as we can. I laugh but the feeling in my stomach makes me feel like I'm about to cry.
As we're biking, I hear Cameron behind me, "SHIT."
"What?" Brooke asks.
"I left my phone," Cameron says.
"Sorry Cameron," I say, "but there's no way in hell I'm going back there."
"I'll go," Brooke says.
"Kay," Cat says, "I'll go too."
Clayton and Brandon bike to their house. Lucy, Natalie and I bike to Lucy's. When we get there, only Lucy and Derek's parents are there. They're going to sleep. After a little while, we hear Cat and Brooke come in. Cat comes upstairs, and she's crying.
"Cat!" I say hugging her, "what's wrong?"
She explains that she and Cameron got off their bikes and went to get his phone. The security guards came out and started yelling. Cameron tried to get back on his bike when he got his phone. The security guard grabbed his arm and yelled at him until Cat and Cameron gave their last names.
"Why didn't you just make up a last name?" Natalie asks.
"She was scared," Brooke says, "I was waiting on my bike on the street."
"Don't worry," I say.
"If our parents ask, we were running in the sprinklers in our bathing suits and the beer cans were not ours," I state.
"Yeah," Natalie says, "don't worry."
We walk downstairs and go in the kitchen. We talk for a little while. Suddenly, we hear a banging sound, like something was knocked over. I stand up, and walk through the dining room. At the front door, I see Derek leaning on Trevor. Trevor and I walk into the kitchen, while Derek stumbles behind us.
"Who says we go to the beach," Derek smirks, "and make a bonfire?"
We all get up and go outside to get on our bikes. Trevor and Derek's friend Teddy is outside. I can tell he's been drinking too. We all start biking. At a stop sign Derek and Teddy pull over. Derek takes something out of his pocket. He opens the little box, and takes something else out. I look closer. Holy shit. It's weed. When he pulls it out, a cop car strolls by. We start biking, and it goes past us. We keep biking toward the beach.

Bella POV
I'm biking to the beach with Cat. When we get there, we go in the ocean with everyone. After a while, we all sit in the chairs by the ice cream shop. Cat, Natalie, Brooke, Lucy and I sit down and talk. After a little while, Lucy's cousin, Derek, and his best friend, Trevor come over and sit with us.
