Mai's POV

---

I feel the sun's rays on me slowly waking me from my peaceful slumber. Trying to ignore them and go back to sleep I snuggle deeper into my pillow. As my mind starts to work again I begin to think. When did my pillow get so hard, and when did it start moving!! I peel my eyes open an immediately let out a short shriek causing the sleeping figure to jump and accidentally fall on the ground.

"What what is it are you hurt?" He asked in a really deep morning voice. I have to admit he looked really hot right now I mean just wow!
"Thanks love" he said I think his name was Zayn. OH MY GOODNESS DID I KUST SAY THAT OUT LOUD!!!

"ya you did now are you going to telling me why you screamed or stand there?" He smirked looking at me while I was blushing furiously.

"Umm well you just kind of startled me and....yea."
He just looked at me with that stupid smirk.

Just then then memories began flooding back from last night. I hesitantly touched my neck only to quickly withdraw my hand due to the sharp pain that it caused. One direction in my house, being choked, my mind immediately went to Carry.

"Oh my God Carry! What did you do to her! I saw her last night before I passed out!!! Please tell me she's ok, please tell me you didn't hurt her" I yelled with tears streaming down my face for fear of what could have happened to her.

"Hey hey hey, calm down we didn't hurt her. We told her we were playing a game and you fell asleep. She thinks we are your friends and that we are staying for a 'sleep over' for a awhile. She really is adorable" he said while holding me so I could calm down.

"Well after what L-l-louis did to me last night I just didn't know" I said slightly stuttering on Louis name. He terrifies me absolutely terrifies me.
Zayn sighs "We aren't monsters Mia. Louis just has a rough time controlling his emotions."

" Are you ready to go downstairs so we can lay down the rules." He said returning to his colder state unlike the warm person I was hugging just a few minutes ago. I nodded, it's not like I had much of a choice anyway.
