The Water's Sweet but Blood is Thicker

Rachel's P.O.V.

When we got back to the house, I got a shower and got changed into my pyjamas.

After brushing my hair out, I decided to put it into a fishtail plait.

Two days. That's all we had left. I couldn't believe it. Only two more days and the boys would be back in tour.

Louis.

I had to do something about him. And soon. If he went on tour he would most likely find someone else.

I was just unsure of what to say. How could I tell him I wanted us to be more than friends when only a few days ago I told him the complete opposite.

Why did it have to be so hard?

Once my hair was plaited, I took Harrys laptop from the case in the corner. He slept in my room most nights since Niall and Danielle were staying in the same room.

I sat on the bed and sat the laptop on my knee.

I decided to watch a movie, that would distract me.

I was dying to see Frozen. I hadn't gotten a chance to see it yet, so I decided to watch that.

I set it up to load but before I was given a chance to press play the door opened.

"Hey Lou" I greeted when he walked in.

"Hey, I came to see where you disappeared to" he told me, sitting down on the edge of the bed.

"I'm just watching a movie" I shrugged back.

He nodded.

"Can I join you?" he asked, looking somewhat nervous.

"Of course" I replied, smiling at his unease.

He grinned widely and within a second was next to me.

"So what are we watching?"

I rolled over in the bed, opening my eyes.

Harry was in the bed across from mine.

I slipped out of the bed quietly and noticed his laptop was back in the corner even though I didnt remember putting it back.

I made my way downstairs quietly and found Louis, Lizzie and Zayn all in the kitchen.

"Good morning" Zayn called, as I walked in.

" 'Morning" I replied, flashing him a smile.

Louis was standing by the kettle so I walked over to him.

"What exactly happened last night? I don't remember putting back Harrys laptop" I told him, waiting for the kettle to boil.

"That's cause you didnt" he replied. "After we watched Frozen we started watching The Ugly Truth. You fell asleep halfway through it though so I put the laptop back."

"And put me into bed?" I continued.

He blushed ever so slightly at that but just nodded in response.

"Hey! You two!" Lizzie called from where her and Zayn were at the table.

"Yes?" Louis quirked an eyebrow.

"Well, we were thinking of going out tonight. To a club or something. I mean, we only have these two days left so we figured we'd do something fun. And I know Danielle and Niall won't go or Austinn and Harry - because they're pregnant. But it might be fun for the rest of us..?" Lizzie trailed off looking hopeful.

Louis turned to me and shrugged.

"I'm game if you are" he stated.

I thought about it for a minute. A night couldn't do any harm. And it would give me the perfect opportunity to do something about the whole Louis situation.

I nodded.
"Yeah, sounds great" I smiled.

Louis gave me a quick grin.

"Great"

So now all I had to do was find something that would definitely impress him. Something that made me irresistible.

I almost smacked myself for sounding so stupid and cliche.

I needed Dani's help. Badly.

And so I went to find out if she was up or not. I knew she probably had plans with Niall but she could take ten minutes out if her day to give me some advice.
