The Water's Sweet but Blood is Thicker

Abby POV

After dinner I headed out for a walk. The sand was cool and the night air was perfect for walking. I just needed some time to think. My thoughts wandered to the rose that I had found on my bed the other day. It wasn't the last instance. Smiley faces had ended up on my pancakes, chocolates had been left on my pillow. Part of me suspected it was Liam but why would he do it? Everyone is claiming he is in love with me but I just don't see it. Arriving back a the house I head up to the room. The room was dark so I tiptoes in not wanting to wake Liam up. The lamp light flickered on making me jump. Liam sat with his legs crossed in the chair by the bed.
"Where have you been."
"First of all that's creepy and second I've been on a walk."
"You shouldn't walk by yourself at night." Liam say with some concern.
I shrug my shoulders.
"Oh well."
I get ready for bed and come out to see Liam sprawled across the bed.
"Um... your sleeping on the floor."
"Awww come on Abby I thought we could have movie night." Liam says giving me the puppy eyes.
Glancing at the clock I go lay beside him on the bed. We end up watching everything from toy story to paranormal activity.
"So what should we watch next?"
"Tangled." I say throwing my hands up and bursting out laughing.
"Okay Abby you are definitely tired we should go to bed."
"But I wanna watch Tangled."
Liam groans and selects Tangled on the TV and climbs under the covers in his boxers.
"What do you think you doing?"
"Getting comfortable."
"Ummm...... Liam I'm a girl while I'm in here you willstay dressed."
Liam rolls his eyes.
"I am and I happen to know that you sleep in your underwear every night so don't look at me."
I look at him in shock and I feel my face start to get red. Liam smirks.
"Fine." I say crawling under the covers keeping a full foot between us. "But once the movies over your going back on the floor."
"Sure I am." Liam says with a smirk.
I groan and roll my eyes turning my attention to the movie. The more tired I got the more I felt myself get closer to Liam. Three quarters of the way into the movie I fell asleep listening to Liam's heartbeat.

"Shhhh......you'll wake them up."
"Aww aren't they so cute together."
"I know they really should just get together already."
I awoke to a crash.
"Lizzie!"
"Sorry."
The first thing my mind registered was the dull thumping underneath me. I looked up and saw Liam smiling down at me.
"Good morning."
I jump back.
"Ummmm......sorry my body moves towards warmth its something I cant control."
Liam chuckles "It's no problem you weren't bothering me at all."
I hear someone clear their throat.
"Don't worry I didn't forget you take a picture it will last longer on second thought don't."
"Too late." Dani says where her and some of the others are at the end of the bed.
She flashes me her phone screen I see a picture of Liam and I sleeping.
"Dani!" I say lunging out of bed at her.
"Uh, uh, uh" she says holding her phone up. "You wouldn't hurt a pregnant woman would you?"
I cross my arms and stick out my bottom lip.
"I hate you."
"No you don't."
"You know your cute when you pout." Liam pipes up from the bed.
"Shut up Liam." Dani and I say at the same time and I stick my tongue out at him.
"Babe your not as cute like that." Liam retorts as I glare at him.
"Awww your such a cute couple." Dani says laughing.
I glare at her noticing that everyone else has left the room.
I storm into the bathroom and slam the door. Why doesn't anyone get it were just friends. Right?
