The Water's Sweet but Blood is Thicker

I haven’t been so relaxed in a while. This trip has become very stressful for many people in the house. Rachel with the whole to be or not to be with Louis. Poor Liam head over heels in love with Abbie but her just pushing him away like she does with many people. Harry and Austinn have some issues to deal with and well then there is Harry and I.

“What are you thinking about?” I heard Niall say beside me as we walked back towards the house because it was getting late.

“Just about all the drama going on right now but how relaxing walking in the sand and being here with you makes me feel relaxed. I haven’t felt like that since Harry and I stopped talking.” I said letting a small tear fall down my cheek.

“It will be fine. I know you and Harry will work thinks just like I know we will work things out it will just take time.” He said cupping my face and kissed the tear away.

“I know.” I said as we finally reached the house and it looked like everyone was getting ready for dinner.

“Want to go in? If you don’t want to we can order pizza and eat out here.” Niall said but I just shook his head and led the way inside.

“Hey Dani!” Rachel said giving me a hug as she guided Niall and me to our seats on the opposite side of the table from Harry.

“Harry made chicken and scalloped potatoes.” Rachel said sitting down next to me and away from Louis. That was odd.

“What is up with you and Lou?” I whispered to her just loud enough so only she could hear me.

“We got into a small argument and because he was flirting with another girl.” She huffed quietly and I couldn’t help but chuckle.

“Are you sure that the girl wasn’t just flirting with him and he was just being nice?” I asked and she glared at me.

“No he was flirting with her. He kissed her cheek and winked at her when she gave him her number.” She said a little louder but not enough for people to notice.

“Are you to together?” I asked because they should be. Harry should have figured that this was going to happen when you put your younger sisters with your really hot best friends.

“No.” She huffed and turned back to eat her food. I couldn’t help but giggle a little because they weren’t dating and she was getting jealous of a fan when we all knew (Minus Harry) that they liked each other a lot.

“So you are jealous of a boy you keep rejecting? I am guessing he is just trying to get over you because you won’t give the poor guy a chance.” I say and she gives me a shocked look.

“I…. We….. It can’t…” She tried to finish but I stopped her before she could continue.

“It can’t my ass. As long as you don’t get pregnant Harry will be perfectly or he will be. Stop using him as your excuse for why you can’t be happy.” I said and she nodded because she knew I was right and I was hoping she would be with Louis by the end of the trip because she really is never happier then when she is with Louis.

Dinner was done and we cleared the table. It was almost eight o’clock when we retired we all retired to the living room.

I was walking through the hall to get there when a hand grabbed my wrist. I turn and expect Niall but see Harry instead.

“Can we talk?” He asked and I just nodded my head. We headed to the back porch and sat on the steps looking into the distance for the longest time.

“Look Danielle, I’m sorry.” I spun my head around and looked at him because I can’t believe what he was saying.

“I have always been there for you and you trusted me buy telling me everything about you and Niall and how you’re pregnant and I ran in the other direction. I’m supposed to be there for you and I haven’t been and I can’t forgive myself for what I have been putting you through. I just really hope you will forgive me.” He turns to face me and I practically jump on him.

“You don’t need to be forgiven it’s me. I should have known better than to get that drunk and sleep in the same room as Niall.” I said hugging him and full out crying.

“You made a mistake and you owned up to it but I didn’t support your decision and I feel so horrible.” He said and I could tell he was crying too.

“I forgive you Harry. I love you and I don’t want to lose you.” I cried into his shoulder and he smoothed my hair.

“You will never lose me. I thought I had lost you. With Austinn getting into the accident it really just put me in perspective of how scared I was to lose her and then I realized that I was losing you and I just couldn’t. You are my sister and I love you so much.” He cried and held me closer.

“You are my brother Harry. You couldn’t lose me even if you tried.” I said and he chuckled and pulled away wiping my tears away from my face and I smiled.

“I missed that.” He said and smiled back at for the first time in what seemed like forever. I finally have my brother back and I’m really happy to have his support.

“You have my full support I will even be there when you have to tell mom and dad. I’m sorry for not giving it to you from the start.” He said and I smiled.

“I have your support now and that’s all that matters.” We both hug again before walking back into the house and joining everyone.

I sat down next to Niall and Harry next to me but before Harry sat down he extended a hand to Niall and Niall took it and they shared a bro hug moment that seemed to their apology before they both sat back down.

I am so glad that we worked this out and that I have the two most important men in my life back again.
