Abby POV
I awoke to the smell of food. My stomach grumbled as I sat up. I went to turn my head and winced. Sleeping on the couch probably wasn't my brightest idea. I groaned and got up. Looking around the corner I saw everyone in the kitchen. Austin looked sick and Harry was leading her upstairs. Good, I know Austin had had a crush on Harry for forever but she wouldn't do anything about it. I slowly try to sneak my way upstairs but Danielle sees me. She stops and looks at me shaking her head. I give her a look and shake my head hoping she doesn't call attention to me because I know I look like a mess. She sends me a glance and I quickly run upstairs. Shutting the door I grab a change of clothes and take a shower. Pulling back the shower curtains I grab a towel. Wrapping it around me I get out of the shower and look for my clothes. They weren't there. I slowly peek my head around the bathroom door and see Danielle sitting on the bed,
"Looking for these?" She asks holding up my clothes.
I walk out of the bathroom and go to grab them.
"No, no, no Abby we can't have you around Liam in these she says referring to my clothes."
I sigh and cross my arms.
"What do you want Danielle."
"To help you of course. Why did you sleep on the couch last night?"
"I didn't want to walk in on whatever you and Niall were doing in here last night."
Danielle looks shocked.
"Nothing happened and you could have slept in Liam and Niall's room."
"No." I say bluntly.
"Why not?"
"I don't like Liam in that way Dani, were just friends."
"Oh I think it's more then that oh well I guess I'll have to tell him."
"Tell him what?"
"That you are totally, inreversibly, head over heels in love with him." Danielle says in a matter-of-fact tone.
"No!" I say and Danielle laughs and a sly look comes over her face.
"You wouldn't."
"I would."
Of course she will. Danielle is the best friend ever but she is no angel. This would not be the most embarrassing thing she did to try and set me up with a guy.
"What do I have to do this time Dani?"
"Um..... wear what I say and act how I say for the rest of the trip because you have no sense of style and give Liam a chance when he asks you out I know he will."
"No he wont Dani can't you just drop it I don't need a boyfriend."
"Abby your 18 years old and have never had a boyfriend. You've been asked out like a million times. Don't you think one day you should finally say yes?"
I glare at her.
"Fine and yes I do have a sense of style."
"Abby t-shirts and sweat pants and blue jeans do not count as a sense of style."
I roll my eyes and sit down.
"So what am I wearing today your royal highness." I say with a fake bow.
Danielle looks thoughtful and rummages through her closet. She puts together an outfit and throws it at me.
"We need to go shopping I don't have enough clothes for the both of us, plus your taller thank god your thin enough to fit in my stuff though."
I slip on the clothes and the shirt only comes down about and inch under my bikini top. The shorts are squeezing me. Danielle sits me down in front of the mirror and proceeds to curl my hair and put a bow in it. She then digs around in a bag and brings out make-up. I back away from her.
"No, no no make-up I can't go swimming or surfing with make-up on. "
Danielle grabs me and sits me down.
"Relax silly it's waterproof."
Dani does my make-up and I look at myself in the mirror. I look like a mini-me of Danielle.
"There you look good. Now lets go we were going to go do something today."
I follow Danielle down the stairs into the kitchen. When Danielle walks in I see everyone start to stare. Niall is clearly checking her out and Harry is sending glares at the both of them.
"Danielle go change now."
I feel a buzz in my pocket pulling out my phone I see its Danielle.
From: Danielle
Lean up against the doorway and say something witty.
"No brother dear I'm old enough to make my own decisions. " I hear Danielle say.
Taking a deep breath I put my arm up and lean against the doorway.
"Good morning."
Everyone turns to me. Liam and Harry's eyes bug out of their head.
"Danielle!" Harry almost yells.
"Take a picture it will last longer." I say walking past Liam swinging my hair over his shoulder and winking at him. I grab a croissant and head into the living room. Dani follows me out. She takes my by the hands and jumps up and down squealing.
"You should have seen Liam's face when you winked at him. Girl I said something witty but I will say you still almost gave Liam a heart attack."
I grin at her.
"That was kind of fun." I admit.
Danielle puts her arm around my shoulder.
"That's my girl."
We head outside and lounge by the pool. Soon the other's join us. Danielle pulls out the sunscreen.
"Niall." Danielle calls
"Hmmmmm......"
"I can't reach my back do you think you could do it for me?"
Niall smiles evilly and comes over.
"oh and Liam dear do you think you could help Abby."
Liam comes over and sits behind me.
"Wait one sec." I say getting up. Turning towards Liam I pull my shirt off and shimmy out of my shorts.
"There." I say sitting between Liam's legs, leaning over and pulling my hair over my shoulder.
Liam takes the sun-screen and starts to spread it over my back. He massages it into my muscles.
"God Abby your muscles are so fucking tight what did you do?"
"I slept on the couch."
"Couch why?"
"Niall and Dani had some quality time in our room."
"Oh."
Liam continued to massage my back. I involuntarily let out some moans.
"Gosh you guys it sound like Liam is rubbing something else over there." Danielle says with a wink.
I glare in her direction. Finishing Liam moves away.
"Excuse me for a second there's something I have to take care of." Liam says quickly excusing himself and running inside.
Dani leans over and whispers.
"He definitely has something to take care of." she says suggestively.
I look at her confused.
"You were turning him on Abs."
I look at her in shock and blush pink.
Danielle rolls her eyes.
"We are going to have to do something about that blushing."
I lean back and start to relax when Liam comes out. He jumps in the pool with Zayn and Louis and Niall. He looks at me.
"Are you coming in?"
I shake my head no and he turns back around. Danielle and I talk for a while not paying attention to what's going on. Soon I feel water on my back. Turning around I see Liam and the rest of the boys armed with squirt guns. I tap Danielle's shoulder and she looks up. We quickly slip off the lounge chairs and start running. The boys chase after us as we run away squealing. Liam catching up throws me over his shoulder. I beat on his back trying to make him put me down. Liam jumps in the pool taking me with him. Surfacing I see Niall jump in with Danielle. I go over to the edge and get out.
"Your already in why not stay in?"
I glare at him. Harry exiting the house looks at me.
"What happened to you Abby? You used to help us with schemes like this and we could never get you out of the pool in the summer. Has Dani corrupted you that much? You've changed."
I stand up and grab my towel.
"You know what Harry Danielle didn't change me Harry I changed myself. I'm tired of being the goody-two-shoes and being the innocent one the one who you know doesn’t do anything wrong because she doesn’t have a bad bone in her body.” I say storming off.
“Abby wait!” Liam exclaims.
I just put my head down and keep walking.
