Flower Lily Club
Chapter 4 (part 1)
“I think they’re really sincere about me and Sam befriending again,” Carly told herself after hearing the discussion of the four girls in Apartment 8B.
It is another day in school and Magalona left a note in Carly’s locker while Malaska left a note in Sam’s locker. Carly opened her locker and out flew the note.
“I guess this is the note they were talking about,” Carly told herself. Reading the note, she said, “’Carly, we’re so sorry for not telling you about Sam we just want you to be friends again with Sam’”
Sam opened her locker and read Malaska’s note, “’Sam, we’re sorry for betraying your trust but never told you we’ve teamed up to make you do what you don’t want. We just really want you to be friends again with Carly and we hope you would be friends again. We hope you’d forgive us. Malaska’”
“Hi Sam,” Carly greeted Sam in a happy tone upon seeing her friend. “Hey,” Sam greeted back. “I’m so sorry for fighting with you,” Carly finally said.
“I’m sorry too,” Sam said. She walked near Carly and smiles formed in the two girls’ faces.
“I promise I’ll never let any guy get in between our friendship,” Carly promised.
“Me too,” Sam said. “Hug?”
The two girls hugged and their friendship was obviously regained again.
“Hey Franchessca,” Freddie said in the meantime upon seeing the brunette girl.
“Oh, hi Freddie” Franchessca said rather absentmindedly. Malaska is with Franchessca and out of excitement, she suddenly asked him, “Did you decide who you like the most?”
Freddie didn’t feel awkward or confused about how Malaska knew about it but instead, he answered bravely, “Yes!”
“Great,” Franchessca commented. “Who would be it?”
Patricia cut in the conversation eagerly, “Carly or Sam?”
“No,” Freddie said giving everyone a confused face. “I suddenly realized that I like Franchessca.” He gave Franchessca a meaningful look but she didn’t return it.
“What?” Carly and Sam exclaimed followed by the four girls. The two girls joined in the conversation after reuniting their friendship so they heard it too.
“You can’t,” Franchessca protested.
“But Mr. Maloy said we need partners,” Malaska reminded everyone. “Yeah but we also need Freddie to pick between Sam and Carly not me,” Franchessca said. “That would mean we failed in this mission. It’s our first too!”
“So we can’t be together?” Freddie asked her sadly.
“I’m sorry,” Franchessca apologized.
Magalona, meanwhile, felt afraid that this new scene might change Carly’s and Sam’s minds so she instantly asked them “Are our apologies still accepted?”
“Of course they are after all, we promised never to let any guy get in between our friendship now none of us need to worry because he doesn’t even like either of us,” Sam said wholeheartedly.
“Will you ever come back here?” Freddie asked.
“No, I think we can’t,” Patricia answered, feeling sorry for him. “But we can still celebrate!” Meanwhile, Freddie was still thinking about failing to get his heart to decide and after being rejected by Franchessca, his eyes suddenly landed on Sam and she also looked at him.
After one hour, the seven decided to head to Bushwell Plaza to have a little celebration before the four girls moved away.
“We need to leave tomorrow,” Malaska announced.
Sam asked in surprise, “Immediately?”
“We really need to,” Magalona told her.
“Is that so?” Sam asked.
“Yes,” Magalona said. “Nice meeting you, though,” Freddie told them.
“You too,” Patricia said. After that, the four went to their apartment to pack up their stuff and be ready for tomorrow.
“Where will we go next?” Patricia asked as soon as she began her packing.
“Los Angeles,” Franchessca answered “We’ll go to school at Hollywood Arts High School.”
“School again?” Malaska commented in a disgusted tone. With that is an angry thump on her clothes.
