Remember Me

Anne's POV-
Walking out of the room a wandered the hallways, finally gaining the courage to call the Huhn's I dialled he number hoping it hasn't changed.
"What?" A scratchy voice answered the phone.
"Hi, is this Mary Huhn?" I asked.
"Depends whose asking. Who is this?"
"This is Anne your old neighbor in Holmes Chapel." I said simply.
"Hmmm, what do you want?" She snapped.
"I don't know if you know this but your daughter has been in a car accident. She requested that I call you, to see if you'll come visit? I said politely.
"What daughter I don't have a daughter anymore." She said bitterly.
"Mary, this is your daughter, she got into an amazing school, you should be proud of her. All kids have to grow up sometime."
"But she could've gone to a school here! This conversation is over! Goodbye!" She snarelled.
Sighing I don't know what else to do. I feel so bad for her, her family left her because she got into the most prestigious school in the country. Now what do I tell her. I didn't even get time to think cause I was already at the door and subconsciously opening the door. "Hey guys." I smiled "So Lauren your parents aren't coming. I'm sorry" I said tend tenderly expecting tears.
She just shrugged her shoulders, "Don't worry, it's than so what did I expect." Voice cracking.
"Oh hunny." I said giving her a hug. Pulling away Harry gave her a hug rocking her back and forth as she cried into his chest. It reminded me of when they were kids and all the girls were making fun of her for having boy as her best friend. Harry let her cry into his shoulder than too. Her mom and I would make bets about when they'd get together as a couple. I thought high school and she thought junior high. Guess neither of us were right. But now I guess we'll just have to see how it turns out...

Notes

So is is like the official beginning of the story, it will start picking up and have more action and all that good stuff!!!
On another note, Harry's birthday was yesterday! They are all in their twenties!!
