Slowly, I walked over to my door. When I reached it, I hesitated before openeing it and seeing them. I shut my eyes and took a deep breath. I can do this I kept thinking to myself.

My hands grasped the gold doornob and I pushed the door open.

When I stepped outside of my room, I tried closing the door quietly so no one would hear it.

In order to get to the dining room, you had to walk past the living room. I started walking around the corner by my room and stood in place when I saw Mrs. Cox, Mr. Cox, and Harry sitting on the couch talking.

Harry was the only one who noticed me. He cleared his throat and Mrs. Cox broke away from her conversation with my mom and glanced over at me.

‘’Kylee!’’ she said running over to me and engulfing me into a hug.

I didn’t know what I was suppose to say, ‘’Hello Mrs. Cox, how are you?’’ I replied sweetly.

‘’Good, thank you sweetie. Look at you, you’ve grown so much.’’ she exclaimed.

I laughed slightly and smiled.

Mr. Cox saw me, and waved. I waved back and smiled at him.

‘’Harry! Go say ’hi’ to Kylee.’’ Mrs. Cox said laughing and having a good time.

Harry got off the couch and walked over to me.

He’s changed so much since we last seen eachother. He was wearing a black Jack Wills shirt, dark denim jeans and white Converse.

‘’Well?’’ Mrs. Cox pushed.

‘’Oh.’’ Harry said, his deep, british accent echoing inside the room.

Harry took a step closer and gave me a hug. His hands wondered down right above my butt and I wrapped my arms around his neck.

After a moment, he released.

I felt my face turn a bright red but quickly thought of something else to tone it down.

‘’Well let’s go eat.’’ my mom said leading everyone to the the dining room table.

Everyone followed my mom and I just stood there, not moving.

This was the first time in 12 months Harry and I had actually talked or touched eachother and I did not like it. Not one bit.
