Back To December

It was really quiet, Harry and I didn’t really talk that much. My eyes were focused on the old, rusty, red pickup truck my dad use to drive.

Harry started to play with my hair, twirling it around his index finger. I sighed softly. I wish Harry and I had something to talk about. I thought.

’’What’s wrong babe?’’ Harry mumbled.

His head was resting on top of my head.

‘’Nothing, I just wish we had something to do. We’ve been stuck here for about an hour and a half.’’ I said.

‘’Well we could…’’ Harry’s voice trailed off.

‘’Harry were not even dating, I’m not gonna make out with you.’’ I said moving my head so I was now looking him in the eye.

Harry scooted to the opposite direction of me and looked at me funny.

‘’That didn’t stop you from kissing me earlier.’’ He snapped.

’’That’s because you kissed me!’’ I said defensive.

‘’Whatever.’’ He said and walked to the other side of the barn.

‘’Harry-’’ I started.

He just kept walking, he didn’t even stop.

I hated these moments with Harry, you say one thing and he gets all angry.

I watched him go outside the barn and take a left. I thought I told him not to leave!

Quickly, I picked myself off the ground and ran to the other side of the barn where Harry had gone.

When I reached the end, Harry was nowhere in sight.

‘’God damnn it! Where the hell did he go!?’’ I whispered to myself.

The hale was still falling so I know he couldn’t have gone far.

As soon as we get along we fight, and I don’t want to fight, it’s the night before Christmas.
