Stevie's POV I sat in bed, clutching the magazine, reading the page over and over again. Why was I still reading it? The more I read it, the worse I felt.
"Hey, beautiful." Liam greeted. He kissed my cheek. "Are you still reading that?"
I scoffed. "Yes I'm still reading it. I can't believe Veronica did that."
"Why did you even consider writing for that article? Sophia is your best friend."
"That's the point. Sophia is my best friend, so I had all the information I needed about her."
"But why did you say that Sophia had cheated on Harry with Justin? That is no where near true."
"Veronica said it would add more interest." I could barely say her name.
"Well, tell Veronica that you can't do that anymore."
I sighed. "I-I can't Liam." I showed him my ID.
