Stevie's POV
Why would I do that?! What the hell was I thinking?! Sophia is my best friend. Well, I didn't exactly SHOW Veronica the article. She found it on my desk, and assumed that was it. I swear I had planned to tell her that I couldn't do the article. But I didn't. And now I'm the official co-writer for a scandal about my best friend.
"Stevie, darling!" Veronica said walking into my office. She slammed a magazine on my desk. "Page 48!" She squealed. I opened it to the page and then I gasped. The page was labeled Sophia Butera the "Angel".
"Veronica, this says Sophia had cheated on Harry Styles with Justin. That's not what I wrote."
"I know. I wanted to jazz it up a bit. Isn't it scandalous?"
"But its not true!"
"Well, that's what makes it interesting!" Then she pranced out of the room. I groaned. Then I glanced at the top of the page where the author of the story would be. Luckily, it did not say my name, it said Veronica Burditt.
Thank God for Veronica being self centered. I prayed in my head.
