Only 1 Year To Live

~ Desirae's POV~

I was waiting in the doctors office with Scarlett. I had this huge lump on my back and I had been feeling kind of sickness.

"Desirae Stone?" A doctor said as I stood up and followed her back towards the office.

"Take seat. The doctor well be here any minute." She said walking out of room.

~Five minutes later~

The doctor walked in.

"Hi. Desirae. I'm Doctor Wilson. Now where is the lump." He said.

~Skipping to the end of the appointment~

"So um... Desirae. You have a really rare cancer. No One knows how it starts nor do we have a cure. The bad news is if we dont find a cure in exactly a year... then you'll die from the cancer." the doctor. We walked out of his office together.


Scarlett and I left the doctors office in silence.We walked down the street to the local park. How do I my best friend I'm dying in a year? I was crying

We arrived at the park and went of to our normal spot to see five guys sitting in.

"Whats wrong love?" one asked. I had totally forgetten that i was crying.

"Nothing...." I mumbled
