Just Another Fairy Tale

*Amanda's POV*


I've been sitting at the window ledge for about half an hour. The blonde guy said 'excuse me' shouldn't he be back by now? I then see a bunch of police cars, fire trucks, ambulances and TV network trucks parked outside the hospital. So many people crowded around one area. What's happening? Is there a murderer? An important person died? I watch at the kerfuffle happen. Just then, A bunch of my friends storm in.

"Amanda!" Harry yells.

"What is it?" I ask. Liam gently takes my hand and guides me out of my hospital room. We walk to the lobby, where everyone is crowded by a TV. We push through people to the front.

"Hey, we're all trying to watch!" Someone yells.

"That boy is her boyfriend.!" Louis snaps.

"Well then your a bad girlfriend.." He mumbles. I send him a death glare. We get to the screen and I was shocked at what I saw.

"Niall is about to jump!" Perrie gasps. I see the blonde boy sitting at the roof of the hospital, his legs hanging, eyes closed and hands together as if he's praying. The news reporter speaks

"We are live at a scene where a teenager around the age of 19-20 sitting at the roof of a local hospital. Many say he's taking his life, others choose to believe he's trying to have alone time. Police are trying to reason with him. " She says.

"What is he doing?" I mumble.

"Committing suicide.." Tiffany mumbles. I stand, watching the scene in shock when memories shoot into my brain. Things, moments, times returning to my mind. With him. That boy sitting on the edge about to jump... His name is.... his name..? Niall. Niall James Horan. My best friend. My boyfriend. My other half. I-I love him. I stand.

"He's going to commit suicide..." I mumble. People close to me in the room stare.

"I-I need to stop him." I say, pushing through people.. I run to the elevator, then I think... That will take too much time.

"Amanda!" I hear a few people call my name.

"I need to get to him!" I yell. I run to the stairs, quickly running.

"Niall." I mumble to myself, gasping for air. The room getting fuzzy. I miss a step, then fall. I hold my head, the room spinning. I feel a few hands help me up. Louis, Harry and Eleanor.

"N-Niall.." I mumble, I grasp Louis' arm, gaining balance. The room spinning.

"Amanda you're turning pale, we need to get you back!" Eleanor gasps. I nod my head 'no'.

"I'm not as important as Niall. I can die today but he can't." I say, Trying my best to get up to the top quickly.

"Amanda! Slow down you're going to get hurt!" Louis yells. I run until I get to the top. I push the door in front of me. It swings open and I see Niall getting up. He stands there and slowly moves forward.

"Niall don't!!!" I yell, a hand reaching for him. I try running forward but I fall again. He turns.

"Amanda?" He asks. Walking towards me, I try to stand, but I feel so light headed. I look around, suddenly getting harder to breathe. Niall grabs me by the waist, holding me up. I wrap my arms around him, just above his shoulders. He hugs me by the waist.

"W-What are you doing?" He asks. I gasp for air.

"N-No.. what a-are you d-doing?" I ask. Pulling away slowly to look into his gorgeous eyes.

"If the girl I love doesn't love me back, then why bother?" He asks.

"And you look so pale, like you're going to die.." He says, stroking my hair.

"It's okay if I die today, but you can't." I say what I said at the stairs. He searches my face.

"N-Niall I love you." I say. He smiles and, crashes his lips onto mine just as a few police officers enter the roof top. A few doctors and nurses come up too with one of those things... that I don't know the name of. They just stand there as I hug Niall tighter.
