Before I Met You

Olivia's P.O.V

He stands there in the door way as i walk out of the bathroom.
I flop down on my bed and pat the spot next to me for him to come sit.
"What's wrong Olivia?" he asks again.
I shake my head.
"Please tell me." he says.

I look into his deep brown eyes.
They were so beautiful.
"I-I miss my parents." i lie.
"Oh well when will they be back?" he asks.
"next saturday... Heather and Toby are staying at there friends houses till then." i say.
"So your going to be home alone." he says.
I nod.
"I brought you some soup." he says.
"I'm not hungry." i say.

He nods.
"Well... I think i'm gonna go." he says.
He gets up and begins to walk out.
"W-Wait!" i say.
He turns around.
"What?" he asks.
"I-Um- I want ... stay please." i beg.
He gives me a confused look.
"Stay... I don't want to be home alone and have a nightmare. nobody will be home to wake me up." i say.

"Ok i'll stay... but i'm gonna need some pajamas so i'll be right back." he says.
I nod and 'Ok'.
"Stay awake for now." he says.
I smile.
I've always hated being home alone.

Zayn's P.O.V

I run home.
When i enter my bed room i lock the door.
It was time to see what was in this box.
I open it and it starts to play some music.
Sad Music.

There were pictures inside.
Olivia and some people i have never seen before.
They were he friends from he old school.
Some of them Olivia was in and some of them she wasn't.
I smile.
She takes really good pictures.
He smile lights up the room.

At the bottom of the box was a yellow folder.
I grab it and open it.
My eyes get wide.
My jaw drops.
I couldn't believe what was in it.
Pictures of bloody cuts.
Bruises.
Black eyes.
And i noticed.
The pictures are Olivia.
The cut and bruises and black eyes were all on Olivia.

And there were also notes.
Death Notes.
From a guy named Gavin.
Now i can see why she was crying.
The question was...
Why didn't she tell anyone?
I grab some clean boxers and put the box in my backpack.

Olivia's P.O.V

Zayn walks into my room.
"Took you long enough." i say.
He smiles.
"Do you mind if i change in your bathroom?" he asks.
I shake my head.

When he comes out he is only in his boxers.
"So... what are we gonna do?" he asks me.
"I just wanna talk... until we get tired." i say.
He nods 'Ok'.

We talked about our childhood and our favorite things.
I learned that he likes to play football and that the only reason he isn't on the team is because the coach and the boys on the team are afraid of him.
I laugh.
He laughs too.
He has an amazing laugh.
It lights up the room.
I tell him about my friends back in Minnesota.
"Sound to me you were quiet popular." he says.
I nod.

he yawns then i yawn.
"I guess it's time to go to bed." i say.
"Yea... i guess so."
I turn off the light and pull the covers over me.
"Goodnight Olivia." he says.
I smile.
"Goodnight Zayn."

I have a huge twin sized bed so there was about a foot and a half between us.
I was tempted to cuddle up with him but i didn't...
I didn't want it to be awkward.
"Olivia? you still awake?" i hear him whisper.
I close my eyes and act like i am.
I turn and face him.
He thinks in asleep.
I could smell his scent of mint.
I couldn't take it any longer.
I slowly lay my head on his chest and lay my arm around his waist.
Closing the space between us.
he shifts to turn toward me.
He wraps both his arms around me and i bury my face in his chest.

I did wonder though...






Does he have feelings for me?
