my name is Mia. I am 18. I have an abusive stepfather. he hurts me, then I have to cover all the bruises. I have one light in his darkness. one beam of sunshine. his name is Niall. he is in 1d. he is my best friend. I cant tell him about my stepfather, because he would come get me. that might ruin his career. I was pondering these things when the bus stopped. this was my stop. I filled with dread as I walked up to the house that no longer felt like a home to me. then I went in. he had a baseball bat. as soon as I got through the door, he hit me. he hit me hard.
